Accossato führt sie unter dem Namen Tiger 1050 mit den Jahren 2007 bis 2021 und bietet dafür den FC101 an, einen aus Aluminium gefrästen Tankdeckel mit Schnellverschluss. Bevor sonst etwas über das Teil gesagt wird, lohnt es, klarzustellen, für wen es gedacht ist, denn bei diesem speziellen Motorrad passt die ehrliche Antwort nicht zu jedem Käufer.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Wie beim Rest der Produktpalette fräst Accossato diesen Deckel vollständig aus Aluminium auf CNC-Anlagen und nennt ihn robust und langlebig, mit einem eigenen Design statt einer Kopie des Originals. Im Einsatz fällt die schnell schließende Klinke auf: Der Tank der Tiger Sport öffnet mit einer Bewegung und schließt mit einer weiteren. Der Stift in der Klinke wird in sechs Farben angeboten und bei der Bestellung festgelegt. Eine beschädigte Klinke lässt sich einzeln kaufen, was den Deckel über eine lange Besitzdauer funktionsfähig hält.
