Die ZX-10RR ist die Version von Kawasakis Superbike, die als Grundlage für Rennmaschinen gebaut wird, in begrenzten Stückzahlen gefertigt für Fahrer, die vorhaben, sie für den Wettbewerb zu zerlegen und neu aufzubauen. Manche der Motorräder von 2017 und 2018 haben längst ihre Lichter und Kennzeichen verloren und reisen nur noch im Rennanhänger. Ein solcher Umbau ist eine lange Liste kleiner Aufgaben, und der Tankdeckel gehört dazu. Für die ZX-10RR von 2017 und 2018 führt Accossato den FC113, einen aus Aluminium gefrästen Tankdeckel mit Schnellverschluss, mit dem Stift an der Klinke in einer von sechs Farben.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossatos FC113 ist vollständig aus Aluminium auf CNC-Maschinen gefertigt, und das Unternehmen beschreibt ihn als robust und langlebig. Das Design ist eigenständig und neu. Bei einem Rennmotorrad zählt die schnell schließende Klinke, die den Einfüllstutzen der ZX-10RR in einer Bewegung öffnet und schließt und das Tanken zwischen den Läufen kurz hält. Die Stiftfarbe wählen Sie bei der Bestellung. Klinken werden auch einzeln verkauft, ein Detail, das bei einem Motorrad wichtig ist, das in seiner Renn-Laufbahn irgendwann einmal stürzen wird.
Aus einer RR ein Rennmotorrad machen
Der Umbau einer ZX-10RR für den Rennsport beginnt meist mit dem, was abgebaut wird: Lichter, Blinker, Spiegel, Kennzeichen und oft die Straßenverkleidung, ersetzt durch Rennteile. Dann folgen die Arbeiten, auf die technische Abnehmer achten. Öl-Ablass- und Einfüllschrauben werden häufig mit Sicherungsdraht gesichert, ein Auffangbehälter sammelt, was die Motorentlüftung ausstößt, und das Motorrad darf nichts auf die Strecke tropfen lassen. Der Tankdeckel gehört zu dieser letzten Gruppe. Welchen Deckel Sie auch verwenden, er muss zuverlässig schließen und über Unebenheiten und bei starkem Bremsen geschlossen bleiben. Montieren Sie den FC113 bei kaltem Motor und nicht randvollem Tank, reinigen Sie die Dichtfläche des Deckels und prüfen Sie nach der ersten Füllung auf Austritt. Nehmen Sie den Deckel dann in Ihre Vorrennliste auf, neben Radbolzen und Bremsleitungen. Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossatos Liste nennt die ZX-10RR von 2017 und 2018 mit dem FC113, und das sind die beiden Jahre, die dieses Produkt abdeckt. Für die RR von 2021 bis 2024 nennt die Liste einen anderen Deckel, den FC126. Der FC113 ist bei uns außerdem für die Ninja H2R und die Ninja H2 SX katalogisiert. Straßenzulassung
Für den FC113 liegen keine deutsche ABE und kein dokumentiertes Teilegutachten vor, er ist daher ein Teil für Wettbewerb und Trackdays. Ist Ihre ZX-10RR noch straßenzugelassen, ist ihr Originaldeckel, normalerweise mit dem Schlüssel bedient, der richtige für öffentliche Straßen.
