Als Kawasaki die Z650RS für 2022 vorstellte, passte der Zeitpunkt gut: In jenem Jahr lag ein halbes Jahrhundert seit der ersten Z des Unternehmens, und Jubiläumsausgaben folgten, eine davon eine Z650RS. Das Motorrad hüllt einen modernen Zweizylindermotor und ein modernes Fahrwerk in einen runden Scheinwerfer, einen tropfenförmigen Tank und Linien, die aus den 1970er-Jahren stammen. Für die Z650RS von 2022 bis 2024 führt Accossato den FC126, einen Tankdeckel mit Schnellverschluss, aus Aluminium CNC-gefräst und von einer Klinke mit farbigem Stift verschlossen.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossato schneidet den kompletten FC126 auf CNC-Maschinen aus Aluminium und nennt ihn stabil und auf Dauer gebaut. Sein Design ist neu, was bei einem Retro-Motorrad erwähnenswert ist: Dies ist ein modernes gefrästes Teil und keine Nachahmung eines Deckels aus den 1970er-Jahren. Die schnell schließende Klinke öffnet den Tank der Z650RS schnell und verschließt ihn wieder, und den Stift der Klinke bestellen Sie in einer von sechs Farben. Eine beschädigte Klinke ist als eigenes Ersatzteil erhältlich. Accossato selbst wurde 1969 gegründet, drei Jahre bevor Kawasakis erste Z erschien.
Ein halbes Jahrhundert Z
Kawasakis Z-Geschichte begann 1972 mit einem Vierzylinder-Straßenmotorrad, das einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterließ, und der Buchstabe ist seither an vielen seiner Straßenmaschinen zurückgekehrt. Straßenzulassung
Der FC126 kommt ohne deutsche ABE und ohne dokumentiertes Teilegutachten und ist deshalb ein Rennstreckenteil. Der eigene Deckel der Z650RS lässt sich normalerweise mit dem Schlüssel abschließen, und auf öffentlichen Straßen gehört er auf den Tank.
