Die ersten Dorsoduro 750 kamen 2008 auf den Markt, die frühen Motorräder haben also inzwischen viele Sommer, Winter und Besitzer erlebt. Technisch tut ein gepflegtes Exemplar noch immer das, was es neu getan hat, doch die kleinen Teile erzählen oft die Geschichte der Jahre, und an einem Motorrad im Supermoto-Stil mit nacktem Lenker sitzt eines davon direkt vor dem Fahrer: der vordere Bremsflüssigkeitsbehälter. Der TS004 von Accossato ist ein Deckel für diesen Behälter, aus Aluminium CNC-gefräst, in sieben Farben eloxiert und für die Dorsoduro 750 von 2008 bis 2016 gelistet.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Für den TS004 beginnt Accossato mit Aluminium, bearbeitet den Deckel auf CNC-Anlagen und eloxiert ihn anschließend. Die Farbe stammt aus dieser Behandlung, und sieben stehen bereit: silber, schwarz, rot, blau, grün, orange und gold. Accossato legt den Deckel für die originalen vorderen Behälter der gelisteten Motorräder aus, sodass die Bremsanlage alle ihre Originalteile behält. Sehen Sie sich beim Wechsel genau an, was unter dem alten Deckel liegt, Dichtung oder Membran; an einem Motorrad dieses Alters kann sie ihre Elastizität verloren haben, und dann gehört sie erneuert statt wieder eingebaut.
Wenn die kleinen Teile ihr Alter zeigen
Eine ältere Dorsoduro 750 dankt es dem Besitzer, der auf Einzelheiten achtet. Verblasste Beschriftungen, ein stumpfer oder zerkratzter Deckel und ein leicht schwitzender Behälter sind die Art von Anzeichen, die ein gesundes Motorrad vernachlässigt aussehen lassen, und sie sind leicht in Ordnung zu bringen. Beginnen Sie mit dem Behälter selbst: Der Stand soll zwischen den Markierungen liegen, und die Flüssigkeit soll nicht dunkel sein. Wissen Sie nicht, wann sie zuletzt gewechselt wurde, gehen Sie davon aus, dass es fällig ist, und lassen Sie sie nach Bedienungsanleitung erneuern, denn ein neuer Deckel frischt die Flüssigkeit darunter nicht auf. Wenn Sie den TS004 montieren, drehen Sie den Lenker so, dass der Behälter waagerecht steht, decken Sie Tank und Scheinwerferbereich mit einem Tuch ab und lassen Sie den Behälter nicht länger offen als nötig, denn Bremsflüssigkeit zieht Feuchtigkeit an. Wischen Sie jeden Tropfen sofort weg und spülen Sie die Stelle mit Wasser. Ziehen Sie die Schrauben behutsam an und betätigen Sie dann bei stehender Dorsoduro mehrmals den Hebel. Ein fester Hebel und ein sauberer, blanker Deckel lassen ein älteres Motorrad so aussehen, wie es ist: gepflegt.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Auf der Liste von Accossato ist der TS004 für den vorderen Behälter der Dorsoduro 750 von 2008 bis 2016 und der Dorsoduro 750 Factory von 2010 bis 2013 angegeben. Wer eine Dorsoduro 900, eine Shiver 750 oder eine Mana 850 GT fährt, findet denselben Deckel in unserem Programm. Für die Dorsoduro 750 bietet Accossato außerdem den Öldeckel FP001 und den hinteren Behälterdeckel TS013 an. Gleichen Sie Ihr Motorrad vor der Bestellung mit der Anwendungsliste ab, besonders wenn über die Jahre Teile der Bremsanlage getauscht wurden.
