Als die Panigale 1199 für 2012 erschien, brach sie mit der Supersport-Tradition von Ducati: Statt eines Stahlgitterrahmens trug ihr Zweizylinder ein Aluminium-Monocoque, das zugleich als Luftfilterkasten diente. Mehr als ein Jahrzehnt später befinden sich viele 1199er beim zweiten oder dritten Besitzer, und nicht wenige haben ein neues Leben auf den Startaufstellungen von Club-Rennveranstaltungen gefunden, wo ein schnelles älteres Supersportler-Motorrad willkommen und erreichbar bleibt. Für die Panigale 1199 von 2012 bis 2015 führt Accossato den PF033, ein Paar schwarze Achsprotektoren vorne.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossato, 1969 in Moncalieri bei Turin gegründet, baut den PF033 aus Aluminium und Kunststoff, beide Protektoren in Schwarz. Je einer kommt auf jede Seite des Vorderrads, und der Hersteller packt Distanzstücke und Schrauben sowie alles Weitere, was er für die Montage für nötig hält, in dasselbe Set. Der Zweck ist bescheiden und praktisch. Rutscht oder kippt die Panigale 1199, sollen die Protektoren als Erste von der Front den Boden berühren, was den Schaden an Gabel und Achsbereich verringern kann. Sie sind Verschleißteile: Ein Protektor, der im Sturz abgenutzt oder gerissen ist, wird ersetzt, nicht wiederverwendet.
Ein zweites Leben auf dem Club-Grid
Club-Rennsport wird von Clubs und Verbänden organisiert statt von den Werken, und jeder Veranstalter schreibt sein eigenes technisches Reglement. Bevor Sie eine Panigale 1199 umrüsten, holen Sie sich das aktuelle Regelwerk und lesen Sie es zweimal. Es legt üblicherweise fest, was abgebaut werden muss, etwa Leuchten, Spiegel und Kennzeichen, was bleiben darf, wie Flüssigkeiten und Verschraubungen behandelt werden und welche Schutzteile zugelassen sind. Am Veranstaltungstag durchläuft das Motorrad die technische Abnahme, bei der Offizielle es vor der Strecke prüfen. Ein lockerer, gerissener oder stark abgenutzter Protektor kann Sie zurück in die Box schicken, sehen Sie sich Ihren also am Vorabend an, nicht erst in der Warteschlange. Bringen Sie Ersatzteile mit, denn ein Wochenende mit Training, Qualifikation und Rennen bietet reichlich Gelegenheit für einen kleinen Ausritt. Melden Sie das Motorrad nach jedem Sturz erst wieder an, wenn Gabel, Hebel und Protektoren geprüft sind. Auf dem Club-Grid gilt stets das Reglement des Veranstalters vor allem, was hier steht.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossatos Anwendungsliste gibt den PF033 für die Panigale 1199 von 2012 bis 2015 an, und unsere Angabe folgt exakt diesen Jahren. Kein weiteres Accossato-Schutzteil ist für dieses Modell gelistet. In unserem Shop sind dieselben Protektoren außerdem für die Panigale 899 und die Panigale 959 geführt. Um bei Ihrer eigenen Panigale 1199 sicherzugehen, vergleichen Sie sie mit der Liste oder senden Sie uns die Angaben aus dem Fahrzeugschein vor der Bestellung. Ziehen Sie nach der Montage die Schrauben nach Vorgabe des Werkstatthandbuchs an, drehen Sie dann das Vorderrad durch und den Lenker von Anschlag zu Anschlag: Nichts darf berühren.
Straßenzulassung
Für den PF033 liegt uns weder eine deutsche ABE noch ein anderes Prüfdokument vor, das wir weitergeben könnten, deshalb verkaufen wir diese Protektoren für Rennen und Wettbewerb.
