Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossatos Originalersatzteiltyp baut auf Kopieren statt Neuentwerfen auf, und der AGS130 folgt diesem Ansatz genau, indem er dem Kupplungshebel entspricht, den diese frühere YZ450F schon im Neuzustand trug. Eine Reparatur stellt den Lenker genau so wieder her, wie das Motorrad das Werk verlassen hat. Das Unternehmen gibt an, dass sein Fertigungsverfahren diesen Hebeln nach einem bereits erfolgten Schlag mehr Widerstandsfähigkeit verleiht, und Silber ist die einzige Farbe, in der diese Passung erhältlich ist.
Eine Arbeit, die sich selbst bezahlt
Der Einbau eines Kupplungshebels an einer älteren YZ450F braucht kaum mehr als eine Schraube und ein paar Minuten, was es zu einer der Reparaturen macht, die sich leicht selbst erledigen lassen, statt für eine so kleine Sache einen Termin bei einem Mechaniker zu buchen. Allein die ersparten Lohnkosten decken meist den größten Teil der Kosten des Teils. Lagerstelle und Anschlagpunkt reinigen, vor dem Einbau des AGS130 mit einem dünnen Fettfilm versehen, und das Spiel des Seilzugs nach Handbuchangabe statt nach Gefühl einstellen, bevor das Motorrad zurück ins Renngeschehen geht.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Besitzer mit mehr als einer Yamaha-Enduro oder einem Motocrosser erkennen diesen Code wieder: Derselbe Kupplungshebel AGS130 sitzt in unserem Shop auch unter der WR250F und der WR450F. Für die Bremsseite dieser früheren YZ450F ist das richtige Teil der AGD112, denn der neuere AGD224 und sein alternativer Kupplungs-Code, der AGS294, gehören zu einem späteren Lauf desselben Modells statt zu diesem. Eine Tuning-Option für diese Passung ist unter B8265 und C7266 gelistet.
Straßenzulassung
Es lag uns keine Zulassungsunterlage zum AGS130 vor, sodass sich keine deutsche ABE und kein Prüfzeichen angeben lassen; Accossato führt den Hebel für den Renn- und Wettbewerbseinsatz.
