Eine Kupplung, die irgendwo unerwartet greift, ist auf einem Trail unangenehm und an einem Anstieg gefährlich, und der Ort, das herauszufinden, ist ein Werkstattboden bei abgestelltem Motor. An einer 350EXC-F Six Days sind die Prüfungen kurz und immer dieselben. Accossato listet den AGS14 für diese Maschine von 2012 bis 2023, einen silbernen Kupplungshebel in Originalform.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Ein Ersatz, der die Originalform behält, macht die Prüfung einfach, denn es gibt nichts Neues zu verstehen. Der AGS14 folgt der Form des Kupplungsbedienelements, mit dem die 350EXC-F Six Days gebaut wurde, sodass er auf dieselben Komponenten auf dieselbe Weise wirkt und der Anbisspunkt genau dort landen sollte, wo er vorher war. Accossato ordnet das Teil seinen Ersatzteilen in Originalform zu, einer für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entwickelten Baureihe, und ergänzt, dass das verwendete Fertigungsverfahren diese Hebel nach Beschädigung oder einem Zusammenstoß widerstandsfähiger macht. Die gelistete Farbe ist silber, und es werden keine Maße oder Werkstoffe veröffentlicht.
Der erste Zug in der Garage
Beginnen Sie mit dem Mechanischen. Mit montiertem Hebel und leicht gefetteter Lagerstelle bewegen Sie das Hebelblatt von Hand durch seinen vollen Weg und beobachten zwei Dinge: dass es sich ohne irgendwo hängenzubleiben bewegt, und dass es von selbst an seinen Anschlag zurückkehrt. Prüfen Sie dann den geringen, vom Handbuch im Ruhezustand verlangten Leerweg, denn ein Hebel, der bereits ohne Hand am Kolben drückt, kann die Kupplung leicht ausgekuppelt halten, was sich später als kriechendes Motorrad oder unter Last rutschende Kupplung zeigt. Prüfen Sie, dass das Hebelblatt durch seine gesamte Bewegung Griff und Handschutz nicht berührt und am oberen Ende des Hubs nichts klemmt. Ziehen Sie dann bei abgestelltem Motor den Hebel ein Dutzend Mal und fühlen Sie nach einer gleichmäßigen Betätigung; bei einer hydraulischen Kupplung sollte der Kraftaufwand bei jedem Zug gleich sein. Erst dann starten Sie den Motor, halten das Motorrad fest und finden den Anbisspunkt im ersten Gang mit gezogener Kupplung, wobei Sie langsam loslassen, um zu bestätigen, dass der Greifpunkt dort kommt wie immer und das Motorrad sich mit gehaltenem Hebel nicht zu bewegen versucht. Beenden Sie mit einer kurzen Fahrt auf ebenem Grund, bevor etwas Technisches folgt. Die gesamte Abfolge dauert weniger als eine Tasse Tee und ist der Unterschied zwischen einer Reparatur und einer Überraschung.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato gibt den AGS14 für die 350EXC-F Six Days von 2012 bis 2023 an und listet den AGD316 auf der Bremsseite von 2014 bis 2023, sodass beide Lenkerenden abgedeckt sind und keines einen zweiten Original-Code zu entwirren hat. Der Kupplungseintrag wird über viele Maschinen aus dieser Familie geteilt und ist bei uns unter anderem für die Beta RR 390 4T, die Husqvarna FC 450 und die Husqvarna TC 250 gelistet. Accossatos CNC-Hebel für dieses Motorrad sind der B8303 und der C7303.
Straßenzulassung
Da Accossato keine Zulassungspapiere für den AGS14 geliefert hat, können wir weder eine deutsche ABE noch ein Prüfzeichen zeigen, und der Hebel wird als Teil für Renn- und Wettbewerbseinsatz verkauft.
