Sand bestraft die linke Hand. Eine lange Gerade voller weicher Wellen an einer 150SX verlangt eine leichte, konstante Berührung der Kupplung, um den Motor im Drehzahlband zu halten, und nach ein paar Runden brennt der Unterarm und die Finger beginnen zu greifen, wo sie früher nur drückten. Genau an diesem Punkt hört eine angeschlagene Spitze oder eine träge Rückkehr auf, nur optisch zu sein, und beginnt, Rundenzeit zu kosten. Accossatos Antwort ist bewusst schlicht: der AGS14, ein silberner Kupplungshebel in Serienform, gelistet für die 150SX von 2016 bis 2022.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossato sagt wenig über den AGS14, und diese Beschreibung bleibt innerhalb dessen, was gesagt wird. Das Hebelblatt kopiert die Form des Kupplungshebels, mit dem die 150SX ausgestattet war, was bedeutet, dass die Hand ihre Bezugspunkte behält und ein repariertes Motorrad nichts preisgibt. Die Baureihe wurde geschaffen, damit ein beschädigtes Bedienelement so viel kostet, wie es kosten sollte, nicht so viel wie ein Leistungsteil, und der Hersteller fügt hinzu, dass sein Fertigungsverfahren diese Hebel widerstandsfähiger gegen Beschädigung oder Sturz macht. Die für diese Anwendung gelistete Farbe ist silber. Weder Werkstoff, Gewicht noch Maße werden veröffentlicht, daher stehen auch hier keine.
Eine lange Sandgerade
Weicher Untergrund verändert, wofür die Kupplung da ist. Auf hartgepacktem Boden lässt sich die 150SX ganze Abschnitte allein über das Gas fahren; im Sand muss der Motor am Drehen gehalten werden, was kleine, wiederholte Bewegungen der linken Hand über Minuten statt Sekunden bedeutet. Drei Dinge zählen dann am Hebel, und keines davon ist auf einem Foto zu sehen. Er muss jedes Mal vollständig von selbst zurückkehren, damit die Lamellen nie halb eingekuppelt bleiben, wenn die Hand sich entspannt. Er muss sich ohne Haftreibung drehen, denn ein klemmender Hebel lässt den Fahrer fester ziehen, als nötig, und der Unterarm zahlt dafür binnen zwei Runden. Und die Spitze muss unbeschädigt sein, denn auf weichem Grund rutschen die Finger nach außen, und ein gebrochenes Hebelblatt findet schnell Haut. Fahrer, die regelmäßig im Sand unterwegs sind, zerlegen die Lagerstelle deutlich öfter, als das Handbuch nahelegt, waschen den Sand heraus und fetten erneut, und sie ersetzen ein mit der Feile zurechtgemachtes Hebelblatt, statt ihm für ein weiteres Rennen zu vertrauen. An einem kleinen Zweitakter ist das eine günstige Versicherung: Das Teil kostet weniger als ein Satz Griffe und ein Startgeld zusammen.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato gibt den AGS14 für die 150SX von 2016 bis 2022 an und listet außerdem den AGS17 für 2009 bis 2018, sodass die mittleren Saisons zwei Codes tragen und die Form des montierten Hebels die Sache klärt; ein Foto von genau oben beantwortet die Frage meist in einer Minute. Straßenzulassung
