Sandstrecken verlangen eine bestimmte Technik und bestrafen die falsche sofort. An einer FC 350 muss der Antrieb konstant bleiben, das Gewicht hinten liegen, und ein Fahrer, der in einer tiefen Sandkurve das Gas schließt, findet meist das Vorderrad eingrabend und das Motorrad am Boden. Sand ist weich, doch eine Maschine, die auf aufgewühltem Untergrund fällt, landet trotzdem auf ihren Bedienelementen. Accossato listet den AGS17 für die FC 350 von 2018 bis 2021, einen silbernen Ersatz-Kupplungshebel in Originalform.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Was der AGS17 bietet, ist Kontinuität. Accossato listet ihn als Ersatzteil in Originalform, sodass der Hebel die Form übernimmt, die Husqvarna an der FC 350 verwendet hat, und die Hand des Fahrers ihn nach einer Reparatur unverändert vorfindet. Die Baureihe wurde geschaffen, um den Preis eines beschädigten Bedienelements niedrig zu halten, und das Unternehmen gibt an, dass die Art der Fertigung diese Hebel widerstandsfähiger gegen Beschädigung nach einem Sturz macht. Nach einem Sturz im tiefen Sand
Sand gelangt überallhin, und die Hebellagerstelle ist einer der Orte, an denen er echten Schaden anrichtet. Feine Körner arbeiten sich an der Fettdichtung vorbei, verwandeln das verbliebene Fett in eine Paste und beginnen, die Bohrung zu verschleißen, sodass ein Hebel, der am Morgen noch leichtgängig war, am Nachmittag sandig wirken kann. Nehmen Sie nach einem Sandrennen beide Hebel von der FC 350 ab, statt das Motorrad nur abzuspritzen. Waschen Sie Lagerstelle und Bohrung ordentlich, trocknen Sie sie, prüfen Sie die Bohrung auf einen durch Verschleiß ovalen Querschnitt, und geben Sie frisches Fett auf, bevor der Hebel wieder montiert wird. Ist der Hebel irgendwie verbogen, ersetzen Sie ihn: Sand verbirgt Schäden gut, und ein Hebel, der einmal belastet wurde, gibt beim nächsten Mal ohne Vorwarnung nach. Halten Sie Wasser unter Druck von den Bedienelementen fern, denn ein starker Strahl treibt Sand eher tiefer hinein, statt ihn herauszuspülen. Ist der AGS17 montiert, mit dem vom Handbuch verlangten Leerweg, betätigen Sie die Kupplung von Hand, bis sie jedes Mal saubersauber zurückkehrt.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato gibt den AGS17 für die FC 350 von 2018 bis 2021 an, während der AGS14 2014 bis 2016 am selben Modell abdeckt. Wer ein Motorrad von 2017 hat, findet für dieses Jahr keinen Original-Kupplungshebel von Accossato gelistet. Dieser Hebel ist bei uns außerdem für die FE 501, die FX 450 und die TX 125 gelistet. Der Original-Bremshebel für eine FC 350 von 2018 bis 2021 ist der AGD14, und Accossatos Tuning-Optionen auf der Kupplungsseite sind die CNC-Kupplungshebel C7283 und C7284.
Straßenzulassung
Accossato liefert den AGS17 ohne Zulassungspapiere, sodass wir weder eine deutsche ABE noch ein Prüfzeichen nennen können, und der Hebel wird als Wettbewerbsteil gelistet.
