Viele RSV4 RF erreichen die Rennstrecke im Transporter oder auf dem Anhänger, und auf dieser Fahrt werden erstaunlich viele Hebel verbogen. Ein Spanngurt über den Lenker, eine scharfe Bremsung auf der Autobahn, das Motorrad an der Seitenwand angelehnt, und bei der Ankunft zeigt der Kupplungshebel in eine neue Richtung. Die RF, die höherwertig ausgestattete Schwester der RSV4 RR, ist von Accossato für 2017 und 2018 gelistet. Für diese Motorräder ist Accossatos AGS01 ein Ersatz-Kupplungshebel in Originalform, in Silber ausgeführt.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Der AGS01 ist das, was Accossato ein Ersatzteil in Originalausführung nennt: ein Hebel, der der Form des eigenen Kupplungshebels der RSV4 RF folgt und nichts anderes sein will. Accossato hat ihn entwickelt, um ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu bieten, und gibt an, dass sein Herstellungsverfahren dem Hebel eine verbesserte Widerstandsfähigkeit nach Beschädigungen oder einer Kollision gibt. Die Farbe ist Silber. Er ist kein Tuningteil, und er verlangt vom Fahrer nicht, sich am Morgen eines Trackdays an etwas Neues zu gewöhnen.
Verzurrt für die Fahrt zur Rennstrecke
Spanngurte sollten das Motorrad von festen Punkten aus in die Federung ziehen, etwa von der unteren Gabelbrücke oder vom Rahmen, nie vom Lenker in der Nähe der Hebel. Weiche Schlaufen um die Gabelrohre halten Haken von Lack und Leitungen fern, und eine Radwippe vorn verhindert, dass das Motorrad verrutscht. Halten Sie nach den ersten Kilometern an und prüfen Sie die Gurte, denn sie setzen sich oft. Ist der Hebel doch verbogen, richten Sie ihn nicht im Fahrerlager mit einem Schraubenschlüssel: Ein zurückgebogener Hebel kann später reißen. Setzen Sie stattdessen den Ersatzhebel ein, reinigen Sie die Lagerstelle, geben Sie etwas Fett dazu und stellen Sie den Leerweg ein, den das Handbuch verlangt, und prüfen Sie dann, ob der Kupplungsschalter noch reagiert. An einer RSV4 RF dauert die ganze Arbeit weniger lang als die Fahrerbesprechung.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Auf Accossatos Liste für diesen Hebel erscheinen nur zwei Modelljahre der RSV4 RF, 2017 und 2018. Die RSV4 RR und die RSV4 1100 Factory verwenden denselben Kupplungshebel und sind in unserem Shop getrennt gelistet. Wenn Sie eine andere Form suchen, sind Accossatos CNC-Kupplungshebel ESV004 und CNC-Bremshebel EDF011 ebenfalls unter der RSV4 RF geführt, jeder mit eigenen Jahren. Straßenzulassung
Für den AGS01 haben wir keine ABE und keine anderen Prüfpapiere, deshalb liefern wir ihn für Rennen und Wettbewerb.
