Er ist für 50-mm-Gabelrohre gebaut und wird im Paar verkauft, gedacht für Fahrer, die für den Renneinsatz eine weniger gestreckte Sitzposition wollen, als ein Standard-Stummellenker ohne Erhöhung bietet.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Der Stummellenkerkörper wird aus Aluminium auf CNC-Anlagen gefräst, wobei der erhöhte Abschnitt in den Klemmguss eingearbeitet ist statt als separater Spacer hinzugefügt zu werden. Zwei Erhöhungshöhen stehen zur Wahl, +10 mm und +20 mm, beide bei der üblichen Neigung von 10 Grad der Standard-CP-Reihe. Die Klemme selbst ist für 50-mm-Gabelrohre ausgelegt und mit schwarzer oder silberner Schelle erhältlich, während die Rohre eine eigene Wahl zwischen 250 mm und 280 mm sind, mit oder ohne Endstopfen.
Die Wahl zwischen 10 mm und 20 mm Erhöhung
Accossato bietet CP004 in zwei Erhöhungshöhen an, damit Fahrer wählen können, wie weit sich die Lenkerposition gegenüber der Standard-Rennmontage nach oben verschiebt. Die 10-mm-Option bringt eine kleinere Änderung bei Reichweite und Handgelenkswinkel, während die 20-mm-Option den Lenker weiter anhebt für eine aufrechtere Position; Accossato beschreibt das Ziel als eine bequemere Position für den Renneinsatz. Beide Höhen behalten dieselbe Neigung von 10 Grad und denselben Klemmdurchmesser von 50 mm, sodass die Erhöhung die einzige Variable ist, die die Sitzposition ändert.
Passform und Kompatibilität
CP004 ist gelistet für Sport- und Supersportmodelle, darunter die Honda CBR 1000 RR, die Kawasaki ZX-10 R, die Suzuki GSX-R 1000, die Triumph Daytona 675, die Yamaha R1 und die Yamaha R1M. Straßenzulassung
Für CP004 liegen uns keine Prüf- oder Zulassungsunterlagen wie eine deutsche ABE vor, deshalb sollte es als für Renn- und Streckeneinsatz gedacht behandelt werden statt für die Fahrt auf öffentlichen Straßen.
