Accossato baut den TC010 mit festem 45-mm-Hub und 90° Drehweg, Werte, die sich mit keinem der für den Moto3-spezifischen TC009 genannten Hub- oder Drehwegmaße decken, was ein anderes, breiter angelegtes Konstruktionsziel widerspiegelt. Straßenzulassung
Für den TC010 ist von Accossato keine ABE oder Teilezertifizierung dokumentiert; die Zulassungsvorschriften hängen vom Land ab, daher vor dem Straßeneinsatz prüfen. Der Gasgriff muss von selbst in die Leerlaufstellung zurückkehren, sobald der Griff losgelassen wird; das nach der Montage und vor der Fahrt prüfen.
