Die Kupplung der Diavel wird hydraulisch betätigt, von einer Pumpe mit eigenem kleinem Behälter am linken Lenkerende. Die meisten Besitzer wissen, wann ihre Bremsflüssigkeit zuletzt erneuert wurde; weit weniger können dasselbe über die Kupplung sagen, obwohl deren Flüssigkeit auf ganz ähnliche Weise altert und auf jeder Fahrt offen im Blick liegt. Für die Diavel 1200 von 2011 bis 2017 fertigt Accossato den FP007, einen Deckel für diesen Kupplungsbehälter, aus Aluminium CNC-gefräst und in sechs Farben eloxiert.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Der FP007 wird auf CNC-Maschinen aus Aluminium geformt und eloxiert, dem Verfahren, das ihm seine Farbe gibt. Sechs stehen für diesen Deckel bereit: blau, schwarz, orange, rot, silber und gold. Accossato legt ihn für die originalen Kupplungspumpen der gelisteten Motorräder aus, sodass die hydraulische Kupplung der Diavel jedes Werksbauteil behält. Unter dem alten Deckel sitzt die originale Membran oder Dichtung. Prüfen Sie sie, bevor der Behälter wieder verschlossen wird, und ersetzen Sie sie, falls sie gerissen oder steif geworden ist oder nicht mehr plan aufliegt.
Die Flüssigkeit, an die niemand denkt
Eine hydraulische Kupplung lässt sich angenehm bedienen, weil die Flüssigkeit die Kraft am Hebel genau weitergibt und sich nicht längt wie ein Seilzug. Mit der Zeit ist die Flüssigkeit selbst die Schwachstelle. Sie nimmt Feuchtigkeit auf, wird dunkler und verliert allmählich ihre Eigenschaften, und an einer Kupplung schleichen sich die Anzeichen langsam ein: ein wandernder Schleifpunkt, ein Hebel, der sich bei heißem Motor anders anfühlt, eine Kupplung, die im Stand mit eingelegtem Gang leicht mitzieht. Viele Fahrer merken es erst, wenn es lästig geworden ist. Die Bedienungsanleitung der Diavel nennt ein Intervall für die Erneuerung der Flüssigkeit, und es ist sinnvoll, die Kupplung zusammen mit den Bremsen machen zu lassen. Ein Blick auf den Behälter ist die erste Kontrolle. Bei waagerechtem Behälter soll die Flüssigkeit zwischen den Markierungen liegen und klar aussehen statt braun. Drehen Sie bei der Montage des FP007 den Lenker, bis der Behälter waagerecht steht, decken Sie Tank und Lack ringsum mit einem Tuch ab, öffnen Sie den Behälter nur so lange wie nötig und spülen Sie Verschüttetes sofort mit Wasser ab. Befestigen Sie den Deckel behutsam. Ziehen Sie bei abgestelltem Motor mehrmals den Hebel und prüfen Sie, ob Schleifpunkt und Gefühl genau wie zuvor sind.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato führt den FP007 für die Diavel 1200 von 2011 bis 2017, auf der originalen Kupplungspumpe. Bei Inter-Pace ist derselbe Deckel außerdem für die Monster 1200, die Multistrada 1200 und die Aprilia Dorsoduro 1200 katalogisiert. Für die Diavel fertigt Accossato zudem den Öldeckel FP004, und die sechs Farben des FP007 sind alle unter dessen Optionen. Straßenzulassung
Für den FP007 liegen weder eine ABE noch andere Prüfpapiere vor, deshalb bieten wir ihn für Rennsport und Wettbewerb an.
