Accossatos C7283 für die 500 EXC-F Six Days von 2014 bis 2018 kann das Einsinken eines Ständers nicht verhindern, doch sein langes Hebelblatt kann nach vorn wegklappen, wenn das Motorrad darauf fällt.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Ein Klapphebel ist auf Teile angewiesen, die selbst fest sind. Beim C7283 werden Basis und Hebelblatt in Italien aus massivem Ergal 7075 CNC-gefräst; Festigkeit, geringes Gewicht und Zuverlässigkeit erwartet Accossato von dieser Legierung. Die dunkle Basis bleibt am Drehpunkt der Kupplung, während das Hebelblatt in Schwarz, Blau, Orange oder Rot mit ihr verbunden ist und nach vorn wegklappen kann. Es ist die lange Kupplungsbauform, mit Platz für vier Finger.
Der Seitenständer, der einsinkt
Das Problem ist einfache Physik. Der kleine Fuß des Ständers drückt sich in weichen Boden, und eine hohe Enduro, die sich daran anlehnt, muss nur ein wenig einsinken, bevor sie den Gleichgewichtspunkt überschreitet. Das passiert in nassem Gras, Sand und Schlamm, und es passiert am häufigsten Fahrern, die mit etwas anderem beschäftigt sind: tanken, essen, reden. Vorbeugen ist einfach: ein flacher Stein, ein Stück Holz oder eine eigens dafür gemachte Platte unter dem Fuß des Ständers, oder eine Böschung oder ein Baum, an den man das Motorrad lehnen kann.
Fällt sie doch, kommt eine 500 EXC-F Six Days mit ihrem ganzen Gewicht auf dem linken Lenkerende herunter, und der Kupplungshebel liegt im Weg. Es ist kein schneller Sturz, aber ein schwerer, und ist der Boden unter dem Hebel hart, kann sich ein starrer Hebel verbiegen oder brechen. Beim C7283 kann das Hebelblatt an seinem Gelenk nach vorn schwenken und sich einem Teil dieser Last entziehen, was seine Chancen verbessert. Heben Sie das Motorrad auf, prüfen Sie die Kupplung und suchen Sie sich einen festeren Platz, um die KTM 500 EXC-F Six Days abzustellen.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Der C7283 ist für die KTM 500 EXC-F Six Days von 2014 bis 2018 gelistet und passt an die originale Kupplungsaufnahme. Für die Motorräder bis einschließlich 2016 verwendete KTM den Namen 500 EXC Six Days. Für dieselben Jahre wie diesen Hebel bietet Accossato für rechts den Klapp-Bremshebel B8283 an. Wählen Sie Schwarz, Blau oder Orange für ein passendes Paar; Rot gibt es nur beim Kupplungshebel.
Straßenzulassung
Für den C7283 ist keine deutsche ABE dokumentiert. Auch wenn die 500 EXC-F Six Days in der Regel für die Straße zugelassen ist, ist dieser Hebel für Gelände- und Wettbewerbseinsatz bestimmt und nicht für öffentliche Straßen zugelassen.
