Die Superveloce 800 blickt zurück auf die Rennmaschinen vergangener Zeiten, mit einem runden Scheinwerfer in einer Vollverkleidung, doch darunter steckt die Dreizylinder-F3 800 von MV Agusta. Mit der Edition Serie Oro kam das Modell 2020 auf den Markt. Wie bei den meisten vollverkleideten Sportmotorrädern mit Stummellenkern ist der Lenkeinschlag begrenzt, und bei vollem Einschlag können die Hebel der Verkleidung nahekommen. Der Accossato ESM048 ist ein CNC-gefräster Kupplungshebel für die Superveloce 800 Serie Oro, einstellbar in der Griffweite und in drei Längen gefertigt, weshalb sich nach dem Einbau eine kurze Prüfung des Freiraums lohnt.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Eloxieren färbt Aluminium auf besondere Weise. Der Farbstoff sitzt in einer dünnen, durchscheinenden Oxidschicht, die aus dem Metall selbst herauswächst. So schimmert das gefräste Aluminium darunter durch, und ein goldenes Blatt wirkt metallisch statt lackiert. Accossato fräst den ESM048 zuerst auf CNC-Maschinen aus einem massiven Rohling und eloxiert dann das Blatt in der bestellten Farbe und die Nabe mit Drehpunkt und Griffweiten-Einsteller in Schwarz. Das Blatt ist starr: kein Gelenk, keine klappbare Spitze, ein einziges festes Stück.
Voller Lenkeinschlag unter Vollverkleidung
Stummellenker und Vollverkleidung lassen dem Lenker weniger Raum zum Einschlagen als an einem Naked Bike, deshalb brauchen enge Manöver auf der Superveloce etwas Planung: ein Wenden in drei Zügen, wo ein Naked Bike in einem Zug wenden würde, eine weit ausholende Anfahrt an einen Parkplatz. Bei vollem Einschlag leistet die Kupplungshand ihre feinste Arbeit, sie hält den Schleifpunkt, während das Motorrad herumkriecht, und genau dort kommt der Hebel auch der Verkleidung am nächsten. Drehen Sie nach dem Einbau des ESM048 den Lenker bei abgestelltem Motor ganz nach beiden Seiten und prüfen Sie, ob das Blatt mit reichlich Abstand an Verkleidung und Tank vorbeikommt, losgelassen wie gezogen. Wiederholen Sie die Prüfung jedes Mal, wenn Sie die Griffweite verstellen, und achten Sie besonders darauf, wenn Sie das lange Blatt gewählt haben. Kommt die Spitze an Ihrem Motorrad der Verkleidung nahe, endet das kurze Blatt früher und lässt mehr Platz. Fahren Sie erst los, wenn sich der Hebel bei jedem Lenkeinschlag frei über seinen ganzen Weg bewegt, damit der Schleifpunkt immer da ist, wenn Sie ihn brauchen.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato führt den ESM048 für die Superveloce 800 Serie Oro im Jahr 2020 unter dem Namen Superveloce 800 Oro, und er ersetzt den Serienhebel an der originalen Kupplungsaufnahme. Unser Sortiment hat keinen passenden Accossato-Bremshebel für diese Edition, das Produkt deckt also nur die Kupplungsseite ab.
Straßenzulassung
Dieser Hebel hat keine dokumentierte deutsche ABE, aus diesem Grund verkaufen wir ihn für den Einsatz auf der Rennstrecke.
