Eine Vierzylinder-MV-Agusta ist kein leises Motorrad, und die F4 RR ist keine Ausnahme. Viele Besitzer fahren sie mit Ohrstöpseln, und die dämpfen genau das Geräusch, das normalerweise verrät, dass die Kupplung zu greifen beginnt: den Motorklang, der kurz absinkt, wenn die Lamellen den Kraftschluss aufnehmen. Was bleibt, ist das Gefühl, und das hängt davon ab, wo der Hebel unter Ihren Fingern liegt. Der ESH011 von Accossato ist ein CNC-gefräster Kupplungshebel für die F4 RR von 2013 bis 2015, mit Griffweiten-Einsteller und drei Blattlängen zur Wahl.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Ein Aluminiumhebel lässt sich auf zwei Arten herstellen: indem man Metall in eine Form gießt oder indem man die Form aus einem massiven Rohling herausfräst. Accossato wählt den zweiten Weg. Der ESH011 kommt mit sauberen Kanten und gleichmäßigem Querschnitt von der CNC-Maschine und wird erst dann eloxiert, schwarz an der Nabe und in Ihrer Wunschfarbe am Blatt. Die Nabe trägt Drehpunkt und Einsteller. Das Blatt ist starr: Es klappt nicht, und ohne Gelenk auf halber Länge gibt es nichts, das genau in dem Moment Spiel erzeugt, in dem die Kupplung zu greifen beginnt.
Den Schleifpunkt mit Ohrstöpseln finden
Ohne Ohrstöpsel finden die meisten den Schleifpunkt zum Teil nach Gehör. Die Drehzahl sackt leicht ab, wenn die Kupplung greift, und die Hand reagiert, fast bevor der Fahrer es bemerkt. Mit Schaumstoffstöpseln in den Ohren oder unter einem gut abgedichteten Helm fällt dieses Signal weg, und die linke Hand muss die Aufgabe allein erledigen. Am zuverlässigsten gelingt ihr das, wenn der Hebel die Finger jedes Mal an derselben Stelle trifft. Stellen Sie die Griffweite so ein, dass das Blatt mit den Handschuhen, die Sie normalerweise tragen, an der Mitte Ihrer Finger anliegt, während die Hand entspannt auf dem Griff liegt. Üben Sie dann auf einem leeren Parkplatz ein paar langsame Anfahrten und achten Sie darauf, wo das Motorrad zu kriechen beginnt. Nach einer Weile kennt die Hand die Stelle, ohne nachzudenken, und auf einer F4 RR, deren Motor Drehzahl mag und Untertouren nicht, wird so aus dem Kriechen durch ein volles Fahrerlager oder eine steile Einfahrt hinauf eine ruhige, kontrollierte Angelegenheit.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato führt diesen Hebel für die F4 RR von 2013 bis 2015 unter dem Versionsnamen F4 1000 RR. Er wird an der originalen Kupplungsaufnahme montiert und ersetzt das Serienteil. Der passende Bremshebel ist der EDF099, geführt für dieselben drei Modelljahre, sodass sich beide Hände gleich einrichten und beide Hebel in derselben Farbe ausführen lassen.
Straßenzulassung
Für diesen Kupplungshebel ist keine deutsche ABE dokumentiert, deshalb verkaufen wir ihn für den Einsatz auf der Rennstrecke.
