Die Brutale 800 RR ist ein Motorrad, das mit Hingabe gefahren werden will, und nicht jeder, der sie liebt, hat junge Hände. Viele Besitzer tragen Jahrzehnte Fahrerfahrung in den Fingern und damit auch mal einen steifen Knöchel oder eine alte Verletzung, die sich nach einem langen Tag am Kupplungshebel bemerkbar macht. Der Accossato ESM048 ist ein CNC-gefräster Aluminium-Kupplungshebel für die Brutale 800 RR von 2015 bis 2017. Er lässt sich näher an den Griff stellen, und seine lange Version bietet mehr Hebelwirkung für einen leichteren Zug.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Der ESM048 wird auf CNC-Maschinen aus Aluminium gefräst, was ihn leicht hält und ihm eine steife, präzise Form gibt, und dann eloxiert: schwarz an der Nabe, wo Drehpunkt und Einsteller sitzen, und farbig entlang des Blatts. Das Eloxieren lässt aus dem Metall eine harte Oxidschicht wachsen und färbt sie, sodass die Farbe dort bleibt, wo die Finger reiben. Der Hebel hat kein Klappgelenk. Er ist von der Nabe bis zur Spitze starr, sodass die Kraft Ihrer Finger in die Kupplung geht und nicht in das Nachgeben eines Gelenks.
Wenn die Hand sich meldet
Zwei Dinge entscheiden, wie viel Kraft jeder Kupplungszug kostet: wo Ihre Finger beginnen und wie weit vom Drehpunkt entfernt sie ziehen. An der Brutale 800 RR können Sie beides beeinflussen. Der Einsteller des ESM048 holt das Blatt näher an den Griff, sodass die Finger den Zug bereits gekrümmt beginnen statt flach gestreckt, denn in gestreckter Haltung sind steife oder müde Gelenke am schwächsten. Das lange Blatt verlegt den Zugpunkt weiter vom Drehpunkt weg, und die Hebelwirkung erledigt den Rest: Dieselbe Kupplung braucht weniger Kraft an den Fingerspitzen. Zusammen können die beiden Änderungen einen langen Tag für die linke Hand spürbar leichter machen. Für Fahrer, die sich von einer Hand- oder Handgelenksverletzung erholen, zeigt sich der Nutzen meist am deutlichsten in der Stadt, wo die Kupplung am häufigsten gezogen wird. Passform und Kompatibilität
Der ESM048 deckt die Brutale 800 RR von 2015 bis 2017 ab und passt an die originale Kupplungsaufnahme. Obwohl der Eintrag von Accossato weiter zurückreicht, erschien die RR selbst erstmals als Modell 2015, und dort beginnt dieses Produkt. Der Bremshebel EDF015 für dasselbe Motorrad ist nur für 2015 geführt. Beide werden in denselben sieben Farben gefertigt.
Straßenzulassung
Für den ESM048 ist keine deutsche ABE hinterlegt, deshalb verkaufen wir ihn für den Einsatz auf der Rennstrecke.
