Geben Sie an einer stehenden V7 III Racer kurz Gas, und das ganze Motorrad neigt sich zur Seite. Der Grund ist die Bauweise von Moto Guzzi: Die Kurbelwelle des quer eingebauten V2 liegt in Längsrichtung des Motorrads, sodass jede Drehzahländerung die Maschine ein wenig um ihre eigene Achse verdreht. Das gehört zum Charakter und erinnert daran, dass dieser Antriebsstrang direkt auf das antwortet, was Ihre Hände tun. Der Accossato ESD037 ist ein Kupplungshebel für die V7 III Racer von 2017 bis 2020, CNC-gefräst aus Aluminium, eloxiert und im Abstand zum Griff einstellbar.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Eloxieren ist eine elektrochemische Behandlung und keine Lackschicht. Nachdem der ESD037 gefräst wurde, wird seine Oberfläche in eine harte Oxidschicht umgewandelt, der Farbstoff lagert sich in die Poren dieser Schicht ein, und die Poren werden anschließend verschlossen. Die Farbe gehört deshalb zum Aluminium und verträgt das tägliche Reiben eines Handschuhs weit besser, als Lack es könnte. Accossato fertigt den Hebel zweifarbig: eine schwarze Nabe, die Drehpunkt und Einsteller trägt, und ein Blatt in der Farbe Ihrer Wahl. Das Blatt selbst ist starr, ohne jedes Gelenk zwischen Nabe und Spitze.
Anrollen ohne Ruck
Das seitliche Zucken im Stand ist harmlos, doch dieselbe Direktheit zeigt sich beim Anfahren. Die V7 III Racer überträgt ihren Antrieb über eine Kardanwelle statt über eine Kette, und eine Welle hat kein Spiel, das ein ungeschicktes Einkuppeln abfangen könnte: Lassen Sie die Kupplung zu schnell kommen, geht der Ruck direkt durch den Antriebsstrang zum Hinterreifen, während ein gleichmäßiges Einkuppeln das Motorrad sauber anrollen lässt. Café Racer laden zu zügigen Starts ein, doch die sauberen entstehen aus Kontrolle, nicht aus einer schnellen linken Hand. Diese Kontrolle fällt leichter, wenn der Hebel dort sitzt, wo die Finger den Schleifpunkt halten können, ohne sich zu strecken. Holen Sie den ESD037 mit dem Einsteller heran, bis Ihre Finger das Blatt mit den mittleren Gelenken umfassen, während die Handfläche auf dem Griff bleibt. Das Standardblatt kommt dem von Moto Guzzi verbauten Hebel am nächsten. Das lange Blatt verteilt den Zug auf die ganze Hand und macht ihn leichter, das kurze passt zu Fahrern, die zwei Finger an der Kupplung lassen.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Der ESD037 ist für die V7 III Racer von 2017 bis 2020 gelistet, das Modell ist als V7 750 Racer eingetragen. Er wird dort montiert, wo heute der Serienhebel sitzt, an der Kupplungsaufnahme des Motorrads. Für die rechte Hand ist der Bremshebel EDF016 für dieselben Jahre gelistet. Beide lassen sich in passenden Farben bestellen, allerdings werden Schwarz und Rot nur in der Standardlänge gefertigt.
Straßenzulassung
Wir verkaufen den ESD037 für den Einsatz auf der Rennstrecke, da für ihn keine deutsche ABE dokumentiert ist.
