Viele Fahrer kommen nach Jahren auf dem Roller zum Motorrad, und die V7 III Milano, benannt nach Mailand, ist für sie ein naheliegender nächster Schritt. Ein Bedienelement bringt sie dabei aus dem Konzept: Bei den meisten Rollern betätigt der linke Hebel die Hinterradbremse, an der Milano dagegen die Kupplung, und die Hinterradbremse wandert an den rechten Fuß. Der Accossato ESD037 ist ein Kupplungshebel für die V7 III Milano 750 von 2018 bis 2020, CNC-gefräst aus Aluminium, montiert an der originalen Kupplungsaufnahme und in der Griffweite einstellbar.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Der ESD037 beginnt als einzelner Aluminiumrohling. CNC-Maschinen fräsen ihn in Form, und das Eloxieren vollendet ihn: die Nabe in Schwarz, mit Drehpunkt und Griffweiten-Einsteller, und das Blatt in der Farbe, die Sie bestellen. Das Blatt ist starr, ohne Klappgelenk, sodass der Hebel eine klare Bewegung hat und sonst keine. Das Eloxieren färbt das Metall selbst, statt es zu beschichten, und hält die Oberfläche so im täglichen Stadteinsatz intakt.
Wenn der linke Hebel die Aufgabe wechselt
Die linke Hand eines Rollerfahrers hat gelernt, zum Bremsen zuzudrücken, und in einer plötzlichen Situation gewinnen die Gewohnheiten. Auf einem Motorrad schadet es für sich genommen nicht, im Notfall die Kupplung zu ziehen, aber es ist kein Bremsen, und der rechte Fuß muss lernen, stattdessen das Hinterradbremspedal zu finden. Gezieltes Üben schreibt den Reflex um. Beginnen Sie auf einem ruhigen Parkplatz: anfahren, anhalten, wieder anfahren, bis sich die Kupplung zum Anfahren und der Fuß für die Hinterradbremse automatisch anfühlen. Den Schleifpunkt zu lernen, ist die zweite Aufgabe, denn das Automatikgetriebe eines Rollers hat nie einen gebraucht. Hier hilft die Position des Hebels: Stellen Sie den ESD037 so ein, dass die Finger ihn ohne Anstrengung halb eingekuppelt halten können und das Einkuppeln kommt, während sie leicht gekrümmt sind. Das lange Blatt, gefertigt in Blau, Gold, Grün und Orange, verteilt den Schleifbereich auf einen längeren Fingerweg, und das macht ihn leichter zu finden, solange er noch neu ist. An der V7 III Milano gibt es die Standardlänge in jeder Farbe.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Der Eintrag von Accossato für dieses Motorrad heißt V7 750 Milano und deckt 2018 bis 2020 ab, den Zeitraum der V7 III Milano 750. Der ESD037 ersetzt den Originalhebel an der Kupplungsaufnahme der Milano. Für die rechte Hand deckt der EDF016 von Accossato die Milano über dieselben drei Modelljahre ab. Wenn Sie Schwarz oder Rot möchten: Beide gibt es nur in der Standardlänge, Silber wird auch kurz gefertigt.
Straßenzulassung
Für den ESD037 ist keine deutsche ABE hinterlegt, deshalb wird dieser Hebel für den Einsatz auf der Rennstrecke verkauft.
