Starten Sie den Motor einer California Audace 1400, geben Sie kurz Gas, und das Motorrad neigt sich sanft zur Seite. Das ist die Handschrift des quer eingebauten V2 von Moto Guzzi, dessen Kurbelwelle in Längsrichtung der Maschine liegt, und es gehört zum Charakter der Audace. Es prägt auch, wie die Kupplung beim Anfahren bedient werden sollte. Der Accossato ESC023 ist ein Kupplungshebel für die Audace von 2015 bis 2020. Er ersetzt den Serienhebel an der originalen Kupplungsaufnahme, ist aus massivem Aluminium gefräst und lässt Sie die Griffweite einstellen.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Ein Aluminiumblock, eine CNC-Fräse und ein Eloxalbad: Aus diesen drei Schritten besteht der ESC023, und sie erklären, warum er sich in der Hand so solide anfühlt. Das Fräsen aus dem Vollen vermeidet die Porosität, die beim Gießen zurückbleiben kann, und das Eloxieren verwandelt die Oberfläche in eine harte, farbige Schicht, schwarz an der Nabe und im gewählten Farbton am Blatt. Die Nabe trägt Drehpunkt und Einsteller. Das Blatt ist starr, ohne Klappgelenk, sodass seine Position unter Ihren Fingern genau dort bleibt, wo Sie sie eingestellt haben.
Sanft anfahren mit Kardanantrieb
Ein Kardanantrieb hat kein Kettenspiel, das einen abrupten Start abfedern könnte. Lassen Sie die Kupplung bei hoher Drehzahl schnalzen, geht der Schlag direkt durch den Antriebsstrang zum Hinterreifen, während die Drehmomentreaktion des Motors das Motorrad zusätzlich zur Seite neigt. Die California Audace 1400 belohnt das Gegenteil: mäßige Drehzahl, eine Kupplung, die gleichmäßig durch den Schleifbereich freigegeben wird, und Gas, das aufgeht, während der Antrieb greift. Der große Zweizylinder zieht sauber aus niedrigen Drehzahlen, deshalb gibt es selten einen Grund, ihn vor dem Anfahren hochzudrehen. Dieser Stil hängt davon ab, den Hebel präzise in einer Zwischenstellung halten zu können, und das wiederum hängt von der Griffweite ab. Stellen Sie den ESC023 so ein, dass Ihre Finger leicht gekrümmt sind, wenn die Kupplung zu greifen beginnt. Das lange Blatt in Blau, Gold, Grün oder Orange senkt den Kraftaufwand für Fahrer, die mit der ganzen Hand ziehen, während die Standardlänge, erhältlich in jeder Farbe, dem Gefühl des Originals am nächsten bleibt.
Passform und Kompatibilität
In der Liste von Accossato deckt der ESC023 die California Audace 1400 von 2015 bis 2020 unter dem Versionsnamen Audace 1400 ab. Er ersetzt den Moto-Guzzi-Kupplungshebel an seiner originalen Aufnahme. Der passende Bremshebel EDF023 ist für denselben Zeitraum geführt. Schwarze und rote Blätter werden nur in Standardlänge gefertigt, Silber in Standard und kurz.
Straßenzulassung
Für diesen Kupplungshebel ist keine deutsche ABE dokumentiert. Wir verkaufen ihn für den Einsatz auf der Rennstrecke.
