Die Hypermotard 950 hat eine hohe Sitzbank, und Fahrer mit durchschnittlicher Körpergröße kennen das Ritual an der roten Ampel: ein Fuß unten, oft nur auf den Zehenspitzen, das Motorrad leicht geneigt, die Kupplung gezogen, während Sie warten. In diesem Moment hat die linke Hand zwei Aufgaben: die Kupplung ausgerückt zu halten und das Motorrad mit auszubalancieren. Der Accossato ESH011 aus gefrästem Aluminium ersetzt den Kupplungshebel der Hypermotard 950 von 2019 bis 2022, und seine einstellbare Griffweite kann beide Aufgaben erleichtern.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossato ist seit 1969 Teil der Motorradwelt; damals wurde das Unternehmen in Moncalieri bei Turin gegründet, um Wettbewerbsmaschinen zu bauen. Seine Hebel werden auf CNC-Maschinen aus massivem Aluminium gefräst und eloxiert, und der ESH011 folgt diesem Muster: eine schwarze Nabe am drehpunktseitigen Ende mit integrierter Griffweiteneinstellung und ein Blatt, eloxiert in einer von sieben Farben. Das Blatt ist starr, ohne Klappgelenk, sodass der Hebel, der die Kupplung an der roten Ampel ausgerückt hält, das ohne eigenes Spiel tut.
Auf Zehenspitzen an der Ampel
Wenn nur der Ballen eines Fußes die Straße erreicht, ist das Gleichgewicht eine Sache kleiner Korrekturen, und ein Kupplungshebel, der mit voll gestreckten Fingern gehalten werden muss, erschwert diese Korrekturen. Die Hand arbeitet gegen die Kupplung und stabilisiert zugleich den Lenker. Steht das Blatt näher am Griff, halten die Finger die Kupplung mit weniger Kraft, während die Handfläche fest am Griff bleibt, und genau das hält das Motorrad tatsächlich aufrecht. Fahrer mit kleineren Händen merken den Unterschied am stärksten.
Auch das lange Blatt kann helfen, weil seine zusätzliche Länge den Zug auf mehr Finger verteilt und die Kraft senkt, die jeder einzelne aufbringen muss; es wird in Blau, Gold, Grün und Orange gefertigt. Und wenn das Warten länger dauert, legen Sie den Leerlauf ein, dann kann sich die Hand ganz ausruhen.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossatos Liste nennt für den ESH011 an der Hypermotard 950 die Jahre 2019 bis 2022. Sein Gegenstück auf der Bremsseite, der EDF099, ist für einen längeren Zeitraum aufgeführt, 2019 bis 2025. Wurde Ihre Hypermotard 950 nach 2022 gebaut, nennt Accossato den Bremshebel, nicht aber diesen Kupplungshebel. Prüfen Sie deshalb vor der Bestellung das Modelljahr in Ihren Papieren.
