Aprilia ergänzte 2015 die Caponord 1200 Rally als abenteuerlustigere Version seines großen Reise-Zweizylinders. Der Name verweist auf unbefestigte Straßen, und genau dort trifft ein Kupplungshebel am ehesten auf den Boden: Eine Spurrille fängt das Vorderrad im Schritttempo ein, das Motorrad neigt sich, und die linke Lenkerseite landet im Dreck. Accossatos Kupplungshebel LV008 für die Caponord 1200 Rally von 2015 und 2016 hat ein farbiges Blatt an einem Gelenk, das wegklappen kann, und seine Griffweite ist einstellbar.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Ein Klapphebel hat ein Gelenk mehr als ein starrer, deshalb kommt es auf die Qualität der Bearbeitung an. Accossato fräst beide Teile des LV008 auf CNC-Maschinen aus Aluminium: die schwarze Basis, die am Drehpunkt bleibt und den Griffweiteneinsteller trägt, und das Hebelblatt, das die Farbe trägt und an seinem Gelenk schwenkt. Beide werden nach dem Fräsen eloxiert. Diese Oberfläche blättert nicht ab, wie es Lack tun kann, auch wenn ein Rutscher über Steine trotzdem Spuren hinterlässt. Für die Caponord 1200 Rally gibt es das Blatt in sieben Farben, mit oder ohne RST-Aussparung.
Ein Ersatzhebel im Tankrucksack
Auf einer langen Reise mit der Caponord 1200 Rally kann der nächste Händler eine Tagesetappe entfernt sein, und ein an der Wurzel abgebrochener Kupplungshebel lässt sich nicht mit Klebeband reparieren. Zwei Gewohnheiten helfen. Die erste ist das Klappblatt selbst: Geht das Motorrad auf einer Schotterpiste zu Boden, kann das Gelenk das Blatt nach hinten wegklappen lassen, was die Gefahr verringert, dass es abbricht. Die zweite ist ein Ersatzhebel. Ein Hebel ist klein und flach genug, um in ein Tuch gewickelt im Tankrucksack oder unter der Sitzbank mitzureisen, zusammen mit dem Werkzeug, das zur Lagerschraube Ihres Motorrads passt. Bricht das Blatt bei einem unglücklichen Sturz doch, tauschen Sie den Hebel am Straßenrand und fahren weiter. So oder so sollten Sie nach jedem Umfaller Griffweiteneinsteller und Drehpunkt prüfen, bevor Sie der Kupplung wieder vertrauen. Accossato selbst hat eine Geschichte abseits des Asphalts: 1985 holte das Unternehmen einen Enduro-Weltmeistertitel.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato führt den LV008 für die ETV 1200 Caponord Rally von 2015 bis 2016. Er ersetzt den Kupplungshebel am originalen Geberzylinder der Rally. Für die Caponord 1200 Rally ist kein Accossato-Bremshebel gelistet, weder klappbar noch starr, der LV008 steht an diesem Motorrad also allein. Dieselbe Artikelnummer erscheint auch für die Standard-Caponord 1200 von 2013 bis 2016, die wir als eigenes Produkt anbieten.
Straßenzulassung
Für den LV008 ist keine deutsche ABE dokumentiert, daher wird er für den Einsatz auf Rennstrecken verkauft.
