Ein Fernversteller für die Bremse ist ein Rennsportwerkzeug, und an einer Moto Morini Corsaro 1200 ist er ein ungewöhnliches. Accossato führt seinen RA001, einen Klapp-Bremshebel mit 90-Grad-Fernversteller, für die Corsaro 1200 von 2007 bis 2017. Der Versteller ist dafür da, dass ein Fahrer die Hebeleinstellung während eines Rennens mit der linken Hand ändern kann, die rechte Hand am Gas behält und nicht an die Box muss. Der Hebel passt an den originalen Bremszylinder, und den Versteller gut zu bedienen, ist eine Fertigkeit für sich.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Der RA001 ist für den Rennbetrieb gedacht, und das heißt, er wird mit Handschuhen und bei hohem Tempo benutzt. Accossato fräst den Hebel auf CNC-Maschinen aus Aluminium und eloxiert ihn; der Fernversteller wird mitgeliefert. Der Hebel besteht aus einer schwarzen Basis am Drehpunkt des Bremszylinders und einem farbigen Blatt, das über ein Gelenk mit ihr verbunden ist. Accossato fertigt den Halter für den Versteller in zwei Größen, 35 mm und 60 mm. Sie wählen eine von sieben Blattfarben und entscheiden sich zwischen dem RST-Blatt mit Erleichterungsaussparung und dem NRST-Blatt.
Den Versteller nach Gefühl lernen
Niemand sollte zum ersten Mal bei voller Geschwindigkeit nach einem Fernversteller greifen. Beginnen Sie im Fahrerlager, auf der Corsaro 1200 sitzend und mit abgestelltem Motor: Finden Sie den Versteller mit der linken Hand, ohne hinzusehen, nehmen Sie eine Änderung vor und spüren Sie, was sie mit dem Hebel unter der rechten Hand macht. Fahren Sie dann bei mäßigem Tempo auf die Strecke und nehmen Sie eine Änderung auf der längsten Geraden vor, mit aufrechtem und stabilem Motorrad. Erst wenn der Handgriff automatisch sitzt, gehört er in ein Rennen. Zwei Regeln helfen: Verstellen Sie in kleinen Schritten, und merken Sie sich, in welche Richtung Sie verstellt haben, damit Sie zurückkönnen. So eingesetzt, gibt der RA001 der Corsaro 1200 etwas, das man sonst an reinrassigen Rennmaschinen findet: einen Bremshebel, der sich zwischen einer Kurve und der nächsten neu abstimmen lässt.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Der RA001 ist von Accossato für die Corsaro 1200 von 2007 bis 2017 gelistet, wobei neben dem Standardmodell die Versionen Carbon und Veloce genannt werden. Er tritt an die Stelle des Bremshebels und ist damit eine Alternative zum LV012, Accossatos Klapp-Bremshebel ohne Fernversteller für dieselben Jahre. Auf der Kupplungsseite gibt es zwei Klapp-Optionen, den LV008 und den LV014.
Straßenzulassung
Der RA001 ist ein Wettbewerbsteil ohne dokumentierte deutsche ABE, und entsprechend verkaufen wir ihn für die Rennstrecke.
