Die RSV4 RF gehört zu dem Teil der Aprilia-Palette, der einen Großteil seines Lebens auf Rennstrecken verbringt, und auf der Rennstrecke arbeiten die Bremsen härter als irgendwo sonst. Sobald Slicks und Reifenwärmer ins Spiel kommen, steigt der beim Bremsen verfügbare Grip, und mit ihm der Druck, den ein Fahrer über den Hebel aufbringt. Der Accossato EDF011 ist ein CNC-gefräster Aluminium-Bremshebel für die RSV4 RF von 2015 bis 2019. Er wird am originalen Bremszylinder montiert und bietet eine einstellbare Griffweite und drei Blattlängen.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Hartes Bremsen auf Slicks bringt echte Last in einen Hebel, und der EDF011 ist als massives Teil gebaut, um sie aufzunehmen. Accossato fräst ihn auf CNC-Maschinen aus einem einzigen Aluminiumrohling und eloxiert dann die Nabe schwarz und das Blatt in der Farbe Ihrer Wahl. Die Nabe enthält Drehpunkt und Griffweiten-Einsteller, und das Blatt läuft ohne Unterbrechung bis zu seiner Spitze. Ohne Gelenk, das nachgeben könnte, reagiert der Hebel am Ende der Start-Ziel-Geraden im letzten Turn genau wie im ersten.
Slicks, Reifenwärmer und ein kräftigerer Zug
Auf Straßenreifen nutzen nur wenige Fahrer je die volle Kraft der Bremsen einer RSV4 RF. Auf Slicks, die in Reifenwärmern auf Temperatur gebracht wurden, verträgt der Vorderreifen weit mehr Bremskraft. Sie ziehen also kräftiger und halten den Druck länger, bevor Sie einlenken. Das verändert, was die Hebelposition zulassen muss. Bei vollem Zug darf der Hebel die Finger, die am Gasgriff bleiben, nicht einklemmen, und er darf nicht so nah an den Griff zurückkommen, dass kein Spielraum mehr bleibt.
Prüfen Sie das in der Box: Ziehen Sie den Hebel bei aufgebocktem Motorrad so kräftig wie am Ende der Geraden und schauen Sie, wo er im Verhältnis zu Ihren Fingern am Gasgriff stehen bleibt. Das kurze Blatt in Blau, Gold, Grün, Orange und Silber ist die übliche Antwort für das Bremsen mit zwei Fingern, weil seine Spitze Ring- und kleinen Finger nicht erreicht. Kommt der Hebel zu weit zurück, stellen Sie die Griffweite etwas weiter nach außen als für die Straße und prüfen Sie erneut nach den ersten Turns des Tages, sobald das ganze System Betriebstemperatur hat. Wer mit drei oder vier Fingern bremst, findet das Standardblatt mit rund 138 mm in allen sieben Farben.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Wir bieten den EDF011 für die RSV4 RF von 2015 bis 2019 an, montiert am originalen Vorderrad-Bremszylinder. Die eigene Liste von Accossato beginnt für die RF früher, doch die RF kam erst zum Modelljahr 2015, und dort beginnt auch dieses Produkt. Dieselbe Referenz ist für die RSV4 1100 Factory von 2021 und 2022 geführt. Auf der Kupplungsseite wird für die RSV4 RF von 2015 bis 2019 der ESV004 angeboten. Wie bei jedem Hebelwechsel gilt: Vergleichen Sie Ihr Serienteil vor der Bestellung mit den Fotos.
Straßenzulassung
Für diesen Hebel gibt es keine dokumentierte deutsche Straßenzulassung (ABE). Wir liefern ihn für den Einsatz auf der Rennstrecke.
