Kupplungsflüssigkeit ist die Flüssigkeit, an die niemand denkt, bis sich der Hebel unklar anfühlt. Sie sitzt in einem kleinen Behälter am linken Lenkerende einer Panigale 899, verrichtet ihre Arbeit bei jedem Ziehen und altert leise, ob das Motorrad gefahren wird oder steht. Der Winter ist besonders unfreundlich zu ihr, denn ein in einer kühlen Garage stehendes Motorrad lässt trotzdem Feuchtigkeit ins System kriechen. Accossatos FP007 ist ein Aluminiumdeckel für diesen Behälter, auf CNC-Anlagen bearbeitet und in sechs Farben eloxiert.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Für den FP007 stehen sechs Ausführungen zur Wahl: blau, schwarz, orange, rot, silber und gold. Jeder Deckel wird aus Aluminium gefräst, und die Farbe kommt anschließend durch Eloxieren hinzu, weshalb der Farbton Beanspruchung besser überlebt als eine lackierte Oberfläche. Das Teil ist um die Kupplungspumpe gezeichnet, die Ducati an den Motorrädern der Accossato-Liste montiert hat, sodass es den originalen Deckel ersetzt und die Hydraulik der Panigale 899 unverändert lässt. Nutzen Sie die wenigen Minuten, die die Arbeit braucht, um die darunter verborgene originale Membran zu prüfen; ist sie verhärtet, verformt oder gerissen, kümmern Sie sich darum, bevor der neue Deckel aufgesetzt wird.
Was der Winter der Kupplungsflüssigkeit antut
Motorräder, die aus einer längeren Standzeit kommen, haben oft eine Kupplung, die sich anders anfühlt, als ihr Besitzer sie in Erinnerung hat, und die Flüssigkeit ist meist ein Teil der Geschichte, da sie über Monate des Stillstands Feuchtigkeit aus der Luft aufnimmt. Der Frühling ist deshalb ein sinnvoller Moment für diese Arbeit. Drehen Sie zunächst den Lenker der Panigale 899, bis der Behälter links waagerecht steht, legen Sie dann ein Tuch über Tank und Instrumente und halten Sie sauberes Wasser bereit, denn ein Tropfen dieser Flüssigkeit auf Lack richtet seinen Schaden binnen Sekunden an. Lesen Sie bei abgenommenem Deckel den Stand an den Markierungen ab und sehen Sie sich die Farbe der Flüssigkeit an. Dunkle Flüssigkeit bedeutet, dass ein Wechsel überfällig ist, und kein Aluminiumdeckel auf der Welt verbessert alte Flüssigkeit; das Intervall der Bedienungsanleitung zählt, und diese Arbeit gehört in die Hände von jemandem, der das System richtig entlüften kann. Lassen Sie den Behälter nur so lange offen wie nötig. Setzen Sie den FP007 ein, ziehen Sie seine Befestigungen behutsam und gleichmäßig an und betätigen Sie dann bei abgestelltem Motor wiederholt den Hebel, bis sich der Schleifpunkt genau dort anfühlt, wo er war.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Die Anwendungsliste von Accossato nennt für den FP007 die Panigale 899 von 2014 und 2015, einschließlich der ABS-Version. Er ist für die serienmäßige Kupplungspumpe gemacht; ein Motorrad mit einer anderen Einheit sollte vor der Bestellung mit dieser Liste verglichen werden. Bei Inter-Pace ist derselbe Deckel außerdem für die Multistrada 1200, die Monster 1200 R und die Aprilia Caponord 1200 gelistet. Daneben bietet Accossato den Öldeckel FP004, den vorderen Behälterdeckel TS003 und den TS012 für hinten an, alle in Farben, die den linken Lenker, den rechten Lenker und den Motor aufeinander abstimmen lassen.
Straßenzulassung
Für den FP007 haben wir weder eine deutsche ABE noch eine Prüfkennzeichnung, der Deckel ist deshalb für Renn- und Wettbewerbszwecke katalogisiert.
