Die Multistrada 950 ist oft das Motorrad, das Fahrer in die Reiseenduro-Klasse bringt: hoch und aufrecht, dabei weniger einschüchternd als ihre größeren Schwestern. Wer sie im Schritttempo sicher beherrschen will, übt am Ende auf einem leeren Parkplatz, fährt langsame Kreise und Achten mit schleifender Kupplung und leicht angelegter Hinterradbremse. Die linke Hand erledigt dabei die meiste Feinarbeit. Accossato führt den FP007, einen Aluminiumdeckel für den Behälter der Kupplungspumpe, für die Multistrada 950 von 2019 und 2020.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossato fertigt den FP007 durch CNC-Bearbeitung aus Aluminium und färbt ihn durch Eloxieren in rot, gold, silber, schwarz, blau oder orange. Der Deckel ist für die serienmäßigen Kupplungspumpen der Motorräder seiner Liste gemacht, sodass sich an der Multistrada 950 nur der Behälterdeckel ändert, während die hydraulische Kupplung so bleibt, wie Ducati sie gebaut hat. Unter dem alten Deckel sitzt eine Dichtung oder Membran; prüfen Sie sie auf Risse und Verhärtung und erneuern Sie sie bei Bedarf, bevor der Behälter wieder verschlossen wird.
Langsame Kreise auf dem Parkplatz
Die Beherrschung niedriger Geschwindigkeiten ist eine Fertigkeit kleiner Bewegungen. Der Motor läuft leicht über Standgas, die Kupplung wird in ihrem Schleifbereich gehalten, die Hinterradbremse stabilisiert das Motorrad, und der Blick geht dorthin, wo das Motorrad hin soll, statt auf den Boden. An einer Multistrada 950 wird das nach ein paar Übungseinheiten zur zweiten Natur, allerdings nur, wenn sich der Kupplungshebel jedes Mal gleich verhält. Ein Schleifpunkt, der zu wandern scheint, macht die Übung mühsam, und alte Flüssigkeit ist eine mögliche Ursache. Kupplungsflüssigkeit nimmt mit der Zeit Feuchtigkeit auf und sollte im Intervall der Bedienungsanleitung erneuert werden. Zwischen den Wechseln sagt ein kurzer Blick viel: Bei so gedrehtem Lenker, dass der Behälter waagerecht steht, soll die Flüssigkeit zwischen den beiden Linien stehen und klar aussehen. Montieren Sie den FP007, decken Sie Tank und Lack in der Nähe ab, halten Sie Wasser in Reichweite, um jeden Tropfen Flüssigkeit sofort abzuspülen, und lassen Sie den Behälter nicht länger offen als nötig. Ziehen Sie den Deckel mit leichter Hand an und ziehen Sie mehrmals den Hebel, bevor der Motor gestartet wird. Fahren Sie dann zurück auf den Parkplatz und drehen Sie ein paar langsame Kreise. Der Schleifbereich soll genau dort liegen, wo ihn Ihre Hand erwartet.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato gibt den FP007 für die Multistrada 950 von 2019 und 2020 an, einschließlich der 950 S und ihrer Varianten SW und Touring, montiert auf der originalen Kupplungspumpe. Frühere 950 aus 2017 und 2018 erscheinen für diesen Deckel nicht auf der Liste, vergleichen Sie deren Kupplung deshalb vor der Bestellung mit den Anwendungen. Dasselbe Teil ist bei Inter-Pace für die Multistrada 1260 Enduro, die Hypermotard 950 und die Aprilia Caponord 1200 katalogisiert. Für die 950 fertigt Accossato außerdem den Öldeckel FP004 sowie die Bremsflüssigkeitsdeckel TS003 und TS014.
