Fertigung und Materialgüte

Einen Ersatzfilter für den Renntag einpacken
Ein Rennwochenende auf der EN 125 2T lässt zwischen den Läufen selten mehr Zeit als für Tanken und einen kurzen Check, daher halten Fahrer, die mehrere Events pro Saison bestreiten, oft einen zweiten MTM705 gereinigt, geölt und einsatzbereit verpackt zum sofortigen Wechsel bereit. Einen staubgeladenen Filter nach dem Training herauszunehmen und einen frischen einzusetzen, dauert nur ein paar Minuten, wenn der Ersatz schon vorbereitet ist, und das Motorrad geht so mit einem Filter in den nächsten Lauf, der nicht schon eine Session Schmutz gesammelt hat. Der alte Filter kann anschließend am Transporter oder zu Hause richtig gereinigt werden, statt im Fahrerlager mit der nächsten Session im Nacken hastig gewaschen zu werden. Fahrer, die ohne Ersatz zu Events reisen, fahren einen Filter manchmal deutlich länger als üblich, einfach weil zwischen den Sessions keine Zeit blieb, sich darum zu kümmern.
