Die Hinterradscheibe einer Husqvarna FC 350 sitzt auf der anderen Seite des Rads als die Kette, doch Kettenfett findet trotzdem seinen Weg dorthin, verteilt durch Sprühnebel, eine hastige Reinigung oder einen Lappen, der für beide Arbeiten benutzt wird. Ein paar Tropfen genügen, damit sich die Hinterradbremse schmierig und schwach anfühlt. Accossatos DK018 ist eine feste Hinterradbremsscheibe für die FC 350 von 2014 bis 2024, einteilig und nach Beschreibung des Lieferanten aus Stahl, 220 mm im Durchmesser und 4 mm dick.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Die DK018 ist eine feste Offroad-Scheibe aus einem Stück Stahl, 4 mm dick, mit einer Bohrung von 110 mm. Da sie einteilig ist, hat sie keine Nieten oder Träger, an denen sich Öl und Schmutz sammeln könnten. Accossato sagt, sie könne die Originalscheibe direkt ersetzen. Der italienische Hersteller, der heute in Villastellone bei Turin arbeitet, sagt, sein Wissen über Bremsscheiben stamme aus dem Rennsport in Superbike, Moto2 und Moto3.
Kettenfett gehört nicht auf die Scheibe
Die Scheibe sauber zu halten, ist vor allem eine Frage von Reihenfolge und Gewohnheit. Schmieren Sie die Kette nach dem Waschen und Trocknen des Motorrads, nicht vorher, und tragen Sie das Fett auf die Innenseite der Kette auf, damit es in die Rollen einzieht, statt wegzufliegen. Decken Sie die Hinterradscheibe mit einem Tuch ab, wenn Sie in der Nähe des Rads irgendetwas sprühen, ob Kettenfett, Entfetter oder Silikonglanz. Verwenden Sie getrennte Lappen für den Antrieb und für die Bremsen. Gelangt doch Öl oder Fett auf die Scheibe, reinigen Sie sie mit Bremsenreiniger und einem frischen Tuch, bis das Tuch sauber bleibt. Beläge, die Öl aufgenommen haben, bleiben meist verunreinigt, und sie zu ersetzen, geht in der Regel schneller, als sie retten zu wollen. Bremsen Sie danach mit ein paar sanften Bremsungen ein. Prüfen Sie die Hinterradscheibe dabei gleich auf Riefen und Dicke, denn Verschmutzung fällt oft erst auf, wenn die Scheibe schon nahe an ihrer Grenze ist.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Für die Husqvarna FC 350 gibt Accossato der DK018 die volle Spanne von 2014 bis 2024, während seine Vorderradscheibe für das Motorrad, die DK017, nur bis 2021 gelistet ist. Die FC 350 hat eine einzige Hinterradscheibe, eine DK018 erledigt also die Aufgabe. Ziehen Sie die Befestigungsschrauben mit dem Wert aus dem Husqvarna-Handbuch an.
Straßenzulassung
Die DK018 wird für den Offroad-Wettbewerb verkauft; für sie sind weder eine deutsche Allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis (ABE) noch eine Typgenehmigung dokumentiert.
