Der Accossato FL010 ist ein Bremssattelhalter hinten für die Harley-Davidson-Softail-Baureihe der Baujahre 2018 bis 2025. Er wird aus hochfestem Aluminium gefertigt und zum Schutz vor Korrosion eloxiert; seine Aufgabe ist eine präzise Umrüstung der hinteren Bremssattelaufnahme: Der Halter bewahrt die Steifigkeit des Bremssattels und seine Ausrichtung zur Scheibe exakt so, wie es die werksseitige Aufnahme tut. Accossato bietet ihn als eine einzige Artikelnummer über die gesamte aktuelle Softail-Generation an statt eines eigenen Halters je Modell, was ihn zur passenden Wahl macht, sobald ein Softail-Heckbremssattel getauscht oder aufgerüstet wird.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossato formt den FL010 aus einem einzigen Stück hochfestem Aluminium statt aus Guss- oder Stanzteilen und eloxiert ihn anschließend, damit die Oberfläche Witterung und Straßenschmutz über lange Zeit standhält. Da er auf die gemeinsame hintere Bremssattelaufnahme der Softail-Baureihe ausgelegt ist, verändert sein Einbau die Geometrie des Bremskreises nicht: Der Bremssattel sitzt in derselben Position zur Scheibe wie an der Serienaufnahme, mit der Steifigkeit und Ausrichtung, die das System für korrektes Bremsen benötigt.
Ein Halter für die gesamte Softail-Generation
Harley-Davidsons aktuelle Softail-Familie – darunter Fat Bob, Low Rider, Low Rider S und Sport Glide – teilt sich über die Modelljahre 2018 bis 2025 einen gemeinsamen hinteren Hilfsrahmen und Bremssattel-Befestigungspunkt, und genau dieses gemeinsame Layout erlaubt es Accossato, die Baureihe mit einem einzigen Halter abzudecken statt mit einem eigenen Teil je Modellbezeichnung. Accossatos eigene Anwendungsliste für den FL010 spiegelt diese Breite wider und kommt, sobald einzelne Modelljahre und Ausstattungen gezählt werden, auf 33 Einträge, alle im Fitment-Reiter aufgeführt.
Passform und Kompatibilität

Straßenzulassung
Accossato dokumentiert für den FL010 keine ABE. Die Umrüstung der Bremsaufnahme ist in Deutschland vor der Nutzung im Straßenverkehr eintragungspflichtig, dies sollte daher vorab mit einer Prüforganisation geklärt werden. Die Bremsanlage ist sicherheitsrelevant, daher wird die Montage durch eine Fachwerkstatt empfohlen.
