Auf einer Schotterpiste kommt der Staub überall hin. Er setzt sich in den Falten der Jacke ab, in der Kette und rund um jede Fuge am Lenker einer Multistrada 1200 Enduro, auch am Rand des vorderen Bremsbehälterdeckels. Deshalb erledigen erfahrene Reisefahrer Arbeiten an der Flüssigkeit zu Hause, in einer sauberen Garage, und lassen die Behälter geschlossen, solange sie draußen auf den Pisten unterwegs sind. Accossato führt den TS003 für die Enduro und die Enduro Touring von 2016 bis 2018 sowie für die Enduro Pro von 2018: einen vorderen Behälterdeckel aus CNC-gefrästem, eloxiertem Aluminium.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossato, zu dessen Geschichte ein Enduro-Weltmeistertitel von 1985 gehört, fertigt den TS003 aus Aluminium, formt ihn auf CNC-Maschinen und eloxiert ihn in blau, grün, schwarz, orange, rot, silber oder gold. Er ist für den originalen vorderen Behälter der Motorräder auf der Liste von Accossato ausgelegt, sodass an der Multistrada 1200 Enduro die Bremsanlage selbst serienmäßig bleibt. Sehen Sie sich die Membran oder Dichtung genau an, wenn der alte Deckel abgenommen ist. Feiner Sand kann sich an ihrem Rand festsetzen; reinigen Sie sie sorgfältig und ersetzen Sie sie, wenn sie beschädigt oder nicht mehr elastisch ist.
Zu Hause öffnen, nicht am Beginn der Piste
Ein geschlossener Behälter schützt die Flüssigkeit; ein offener im staubigen Wind bewirkt das Gegenteil. Hineingefallener Sand kann dort landen, wo er Verschleiß verursacht, und feuchte Luft dringt jedes Mal ein, wenn der Behälter offen steht. Planen Sie Arbeiten an der Vorderradbremse der Multistrada 1200 Enduro deshalb für zu Hause ein. Beschränken Sie sich auf der Reise selbst auf das Hinsehen: Bei so gedrehtem Lenker, dass der Behälter waagerecht steht, soll die Flüssigkeit zwischen den Markierungen liegen. Mit dem Verschleiß der Beläge sinkt der Stand langsam, und das ist normal; ein plötzlicher Abfall ist es nicht und verlangt Aufmerksamkeit vor der nächsten Etappe. Beginnen Sie zurück in der Garage mit dem Reinigen. Waschen Sie den Staub vom Lenkerbereich und lassen Sie ihn trocknen, wischen Sie dann Deckel und Behälterrand mit einem sauberen, fusselfreien Tuch ab. Erst danach legen Sie eine Abdeckung über Tank und Verkleidung, weil Bremsflüssigkeit Lack schädigt, und halten Wasser bereit, um jeden Spritzer sofort abzuspülen. Öffnen Sie den Behälter kurz, setzen Sie den TS003 ein, ziehen Sie ihn behutsam an und drücken Sie vor der Fahrt mehrmals den Hebel. Sieht die Flüssigkeit nach einer staubigen Saison dunkel aus, lassen Sie sie so erneuern, wie es die Bedienungsanleitung vorschreibt.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Auf der Anwendungsliste von Accossato ist der TS003 für den vorderen Behälter der Multistrada 1200 Enduro und Enduro Touring von 2016 bis 2018 sowie für die Enduro Pro von 2018 angegeben, als Ersatz für den Originaldeckel. Inter-Pace katalogisiert ihn außerdem für die Multistrada 1200 S, die Monster 1200 R und die Aprilia Caponord 1200 Rally. Für den Kupplungsbehälter der Enduro bietet Accossato den Deckel FP007 an.
