Ein Wochenende auf Waldwegen und Feldwegen lässt eine Caponord 1200 Rally aussehen, wie sie gemeint ist: Schlamm zwischen den Speichen und Staub in jeder Fuge der Verkleidung. Das Saubermachen danach gehört zum Ritual, und der Lenker verdient dabei mehr Aufmerksamkeit, als er gewöhnlich bekommt, denn dort ist der vordere Bremsflüssigkeitsbehälter montiert. Für die Caponord 1200 Rally von 2015 und 2016 fertigt Accossato den TS003, einen Deckel für diesen Behälter, auf CNC-Anlagen aus Aluminium gefräst und in sieben Farben eloxiert.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Die CNC-Bearbeitung macht aus einem Stück Aluminium den TS003, und das Eloxieren bringt anschließend die Farbe hinein: schwarz, silber, gold, rot, blau, grün oder orange. Er sitzt auf dem originalen vorderen Behälter, und der Rest der Bremse bleibt unberührt, vom Hauptbremszylinder bis zu den Leitungen. Worauf Sie beim Tausch achten sollten, ist die Dichtung oder Membran unter dem alten Deckel. Ist sie hart geworden oder eingerissen, erneuern Sie sie, bevor der Behälter wieder verschlossen wird.
Den Schlamm abwaschen
Schlamm und Bremsflüssigkeit vertragen sich schlecht, deshalb kommt es auf die Reihenfolge der Arbeit an. Waschen Sie die Caponord 1200 Rally zuerst und halten Sie die Lanze eines Hochdruckreinigers weit weg von den Lenkerarmaturen und vom Behälter; Wasser, das an einer Dichtung vorbeigedrückt wird, ist das Letzte, was eine hydraulische Bremse braucht. Lassen Sie alles gründlich trocknen, bevor Sie den Behälter mit einem Schraubendreher berühren. Soll der TS003 im Zuge des Saubermachens montiert werden, wählen Sie dafür einen trockenen Tag in der Garage. Drehen Sie den Lenker, bis der Behälter waagerecht liegt, legen Sie ein Tuch über Tank und Verkleidung und wischen Sie den Bereich um den alten Deckel ab, bevor Sie ihn abnehmen, damit kein Dreck vom Weg hineinfallen kann. Bremsflüssigkeit zieht Wasser aus feuchter Luft, ein guter Grund, den Behälter so kurz wie möglich offen zu lassen. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Stand zwischen den Markierungen liegt, setzen Sie den neuen Deckel auf, ziehen Sie seine Schrauben mit Gefühl an und spülen Sie jeden Spritzer sofort mit Wasser vom Lack. Betätigen Sie vor der nächsten Ausfahrt bei stehendem Motorrad mehrmals den Hebel und achten Sie darauf, dass sich der Druck aufbaut wie immer.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Die ETV 1200 Caponord Rally von 2015 und 2016 steht bei Accossato für diesen Deckel auf der Liste, er kommt auf ihren vorderen Behälter. In unserem Programm erscheint derselbe Deckel außerdem für die normale Caponord 1200, die RSV4 RR und Ducatis Hypermotard 939. Für die Rally gibt es einen weiteren Accossato-Deckel, den FP001 für die Öleinfüllöffnung, der sich in derselben Farbe bestellen lässt. Wie bei jedem Behälterdeckel gilt: Gleichen Sie Ihre Caponord 1200 Rally vor der Bestellung mit der Anwendungsliste von Accossato ab.
Straßenzulassung
Für den TS003 haben wir weder eine ABE noch eine andere Bescheinigung oder ein Prüfzeichen, deshalb ist er in unserem Shop für Wettbewerb und Rundstrecke gelistet.
