Ein Supermoto-Trackday beginnt mit einer Schlange vor der technischen Abnahme, und die Dorsoduro 900 ist dort ein häufiger Anblick. Aprilias Zweizylinder, in dieser Form seit 2017 gebaut, ist leichtfüßig und auf kurzen Kursen einfach zu fahren, und viele kommen mit kaum mehr Vorbereitung als Klebeband über den Leuchten an. Wer die Lampe in der Hand hält, sieht sich trotzdem die Bremsen an, die hintere eingeschlossen. Für den hinteren Bremsflüssigkeitsbehälter der Dorsoduro 900 von 2017 und 2018 führt Accossato den TS013, einen Deckel aus eloxiertem Aluminium.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Aus Aluminium gefräst und danach eloxiert, gibt es den TS013 in blau, orange, silber, schwarz, rot, grün oder gold. Accossato fertigt ihn passend zu den originalen hinteren Behältern der Motorräder seiner Liste, sodass Pedal, Hauptbremszylinder und Bremssattel der Dorsoduro 900 unberührt bleiben. Beim Tausch verdient die Dichtung oder Membran unter dem alten Deckel einen genauen Blick. Ist sie hart oder eingerissen, setzen Sie eine neue ein, bevor Sie den Behälter verschließen.
Die Lampe der technischen Abnahme
Die technischen Kontrollen bei Trackdays und Clubveranstaltungen unterscheiden sich von Veranstalter zu Veranstalter, doch die meisten teilen einige Schwerpunkte: keine Undichtigkeiten, nichts Loses, funktionierende Bremsen. Ein Behälter mit einer Kruste alter Flüssigkeit rund um den Deckel zieht Aufmerksamkeit auf sich, auch wenn er nicht undicht ist, denn auf einen Blick kann das niemand beurteilen. Reinigen Sie ihn vor der Veranstaltung. Wischen Sie bei aufrecht stehender Dorsoduro 900 und waagerechtem hinterem Behälter die Außenseite mit einem feuchten Tuch ab und prüfen Sie, ob die Flüssigkeit zwischen den Markierungen steht und der Deckel richtig geschlossen ist. Montieren Sie den TS013 in den Tagen davor, schützen Sie den Lack in der Nähe, denn Bremsflüssigkeit greift ihn an, und spülen Sie Tropfen mit Wasser ab. Lassen Sie den Behälter nicht länger offen als nötig; die Flüssigkeit zieht Feuchtigkeit aus der Luft. Ein sauberer, trockener Behälter, ein festes Pedal und ein ohne Kraft angezogener Deckel machen die Arbeit der Abnahme kurz, und Ihre ebenso. Dasselbe gilt für die Öleinfüllöffnung: trocken soll sie sein.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Für die Dorsoduro 900 führt Accossato den TS013 am hinteren Behälter für 2017 und 2018. In unserem Shop ist dasselbe Teil außerdem unter der Dorsoduro 750, der Shiver 750 und der Kawasaki Ninja 400 gelistet. Die weiteren Accossato-Deckel für dieses Motorrad sind der FP001 für die Öleinfüllöffnung und der TS004 für den vorderen Behälter. Vergleichen Sie Ihr Modelljahr mit der Liste, bevor Sie bestellen.
Straßenzulassung
Für den TS013 ist weder eine ABE noch ein Prüfzeichen dokumentiert, und wir führen ihn deshalb als Wettbewerbsteil für die Rennstrecke.
