Wer dieses Elektromotorrad bei einem Rennstreckenevent, einem Bergrennen oder einer Club-Rennserie einsetzt, braucht einen Belag, der Bremsungen aus hoher Geschwindigkeit immer wieder verarbeitet. Accossato zählt EV2 zu seinen Top-Rennmischungen, und dieser Eintrag bringt diese Mischung an den vorderen Bremssattel der neuesten DSR im Sortiment.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
EV2 ist das, was Accossato eine Top-Rennmischung nennt, ausgelegt auf die hohen Temperaturen und wiederholten Lasten des Motorsports. Der Hersteller gibt an, dass seine Beläge die Hitze unter Kontrolle halten und langsam verschleißen, was Fading in langen Sessions reduziert. Erwarten Sie, dass die Mischung erst richtig lebendig wird, sobald sie warm ist; auf einer kalten öffentlichen Straße unterscheidet sich ihr Charakter deutlich von einem Alltagsbelag, mit einem weniger eifrigen ersten Biss.
Bergrennen, Sprints und Zeittraining
Kurze, intensive Veranstaltungen wie Bergrennen und Sprints belasten die Bremsen eigenartig: wenige Bremsungen, aber jede aus hoher Geschwindigkeit mit kalten Bauteilen. Wärmen Sie die Beläge an der DSR 2023 vor dem Zeitlauf mit ein paar festen Bremsungen an, falls das Regelwerk es erlaubt. Im Rennstreckenrennen ist die Belastung konstant, und die Beläge erreichen nach ein oder zwei Runden ihren Arbeitsbereich. In beiden Fällen die Scheibe auf Hitzespuren prüfen, die Bremsflüssigkeit frisch halten und den Belagverschleiß nach jeder Session kontrollieren, nicht nur an jedem Wochenende.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato listet den AGPA96 für die vordere Bremse der Zero DSR ZF17.3-X, ausschließlich 2023. Die DSR von 2016 bis 2017 nutzt vorne den AGPA92. Die passenden hinteren Beläge sind der AGPA29 für das 2023er-Modell und der AGPP91 für das frühere. Beide Beläge des Bremssattels gleichzeitig einsetzen und die Kolben vor dem Zurückdrücken reinigen.
