Accossatos Katalog bietet den vorderen Belag AGPA92 für die Zero DS 2015 bis 2017 in nicht weniger als fünf Mischungen an, und die Rennmischung EV2 ist unter den nicht-keramischen die wettkampforientierteste. Das Unternehmen nennt sie eine Top-Rennmischung. Bei einem elektrischen Dual-Sport-Motorrad ist das eine Spezialwahl, für Besitzer, die ihre DS für den Einsatz auf der geschlossenen Rennstrecke umgerüstet haben, vielleicht auf Straßenreifen auf einer Kartbahn, und die während Zeitfahren wiederholt hart bremsen.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
EV2 ist Accossatos Rennmaterial, vom Unternehmen kurz als Top-Rennmischung beschrieben. Im AGPA92 gibt sie der älteren DS einen vorderen Belag, der für starkes, wiederholtes Bremsen auf einer geschlossenen Strecke gebaut ist, mit der Fadingresistenz und Langlebigkeit, die Accossato über die gesamte Produktreihe anstrebt. OR, ST, EV1 und ZXC derselben Kontur sind ebenfalls gelistet. Die Packung enthält zwei Beläge für einen Bremssattel.
Eine für die Rennstrecke vorbereitete DS
Die Umrüstung eines Dual-Sport-Motorrads für die Rennstrecke bedeutet meist zuerst einen Reifenwechsel, da stollige oder zweckübergreifende Pneus den Grip auf Asphalt begrenzen. Sobald die Reifen härteres Bremsen zulassen, sind die Beläge der nächste Schritt. Eine Rennmischung ist auf die Hitze und Belastung von Zeitfahrrunden ausgelegt, wenn der Fahrer immer wieder am gleichen Punkt bremst. Für flottes Straßenfahren oder einen ersten Rennstreckentag ist die EV1-Variante die passendere Wahl.
Kontrollen vor der Session
Vor der Ausfahrt Belagdicke, Scheibenzustand und Bremsflüssigkeit prüfen. Die Anlage entlüften, falls sich der Hebel weich anfühlt. Nach dem Einbau neuer Beläge den Hebel bis zum festen Druckpunkt pumpen und auf der Ausfahrrunde einfahren, bevor mit voller Kraft gebremst wird.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Unabhängig davon, welchen Akku Ihre ältere DS trägt, ob den ZF9.4 oder ZF12.5 von 2015 oder den ZF9.8 oder ZF13.0 von 2016 bis 2017, ist diese Kontur die von Accossato für den vorderen Bremssattel genannte. Eine Rennstreckenumrüstung, die den Originalsattel behält, behält auch diese Passform. Besitzer des 2024er-Modells mit ZF17.3 benötigen stattdessen den AGPA96. Für das Hinterrad nennt der Katalog den AGPP91 bis 2017 und den AGPA29 für das 2024er-Modell. Jede Packung rüstet einen Bremssattel aus.
Straßenzulassung
Für diesen Belag liegen uns keine deutsche ABE und keine Zulassungsnachweise vor. Er wird für den Renn- und Streckeneinsatz verkauft.
