Manche Besitzer einer Zero S von 2015 bis 2017 genießen das sofortige Drehmoment auf schnellen Landstraßen und wollen Bremsen, die diesem Tempo entsprechen. Für sie fertigt Accossato den vorderen Belag AGPA92 in der Mischung EV1 Street/Track. Er ist für ambitioniertes Straßenfahren und gelegentliche Amateur-Rennstreckentage gedacht und liefert einen schärferen Biss als ein Alltagsbelag, bleibt aber auf einer normalen Fahrt gut nutzbar.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossato gibt an, dass seine EV1-Mischung ausgezeichneten Grip für Straßenfahrten und den Amateur-Rennstreckeneinsatz liefert. Die Mischung ist so ausgelegt, dass sie ohne Renntemperaturen gut funktioniert, aber der Hitze wiederholter harter Bremsungen während einer Rennstreckensession gewachsen ist. Auch die Ziele des Unternehmens bei langsamem Verschleiß und kontrolliertem Wärmeaufbau gelten hier und verringern Fading bei starker Beanspruchung.
Landstraßen und ein erster Rennstreckentag
Auf einer kurvigen Landstraße belohnt die Zero S ein flüssiges, präzises Fahren. Ein EV1-Belag erlaubt es, fest in eine Kurve zu bremsen und den Hebel beim Einlenken gleichmäßig zu lösen. Entscheiden Sie sich für einen offenen Rennstreckentag, bereiten Sie das Motorrad sorgfältig vor: frische Bremsflüssigkeit, Beläge mit ausreichend Restmaterial und eine saubere Scheibe. Steigern Sie den Bremsdruck Session für Session, statt sich gleich in die erste Kurve zu stürzen. Nach dem Tag funktionieren dieselben EV1-Beläge normal auf der Heimfahrt. Fahrer, die regelmäßig an Wettbewerben teilnehmen, wechseln meist zu den Rennmischungen EV2 oder ZXC. Bis dahin deckt EV1 beide Welten ab, und an einer älteren S ist das ein einfaches Upgrade, das den Charakter der Front verändert, ohne das Motorrad in der Stadt unhandlich zu machen.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato listet den AGPA92 für die Front der Zero S ZF9.4 und ZF12.5 von 2015 sowie des ZF9.8 und ZF13.0 von 2016 bis 2017. Die S 2024 mit dem ZF14.4 nutzt vorne den AGPA96. Hintere Beläge für die S sind der AGPP91. Beide vorderen Beläge gleichzeitig wechseln, mit zunehmend festeren Bremsungen einfahren und den Hebel vor der Fahrt pumpen.
