Der Nolan X-804 RS Ultra Carbon in der Grafik Asso di Picche 356 wurde von Grund auf nach einem Prinzip konstruiert: kompromisslose Materialqualität im Dienst echter Rennleistung. Die Ultra-Carbon-Schale — handgelegte Kohlefaser, erhältlich in vier Außenschalengrößen — liefert außergewöhnliche Steifigkeit bei nur 1.420 g ±50 g und macht diesen Helm zu einem der leichtesten ECE-22.06-zertifizierten Integralhelme in Nolans X-Serie. Made in Italy, im Windkanal geformt und mit der markanten schwarz-grau-roten Asso-di-Picche-Lackierung veredelt, verdient sich dieser Helm seinen Platz auf der Rennstrecke ebenso wie auf der Straße.

Schalenkonstruktion und Materialien
Die Ultra-Carbon-Schale ist das strukturelle Herzstück des X-804 RS. Das inhärente Verhältnis aus Steifigkeit und Gewicht der Kohlefaser bedeutet, dass die Schale Aufprallenergie präzise absorbieren und verteilen kann — ohne den Gewichtsnachteil von Fiberglas oder Verbundstoff-Alternativen. Nolan setzt vier verschiedene Außenschalengrößen ein — statt eine einzige Schale aufzupolstern —, sodass jeder Fahrer von XXS bis XXXL dieselbe optimierte Geometrie erhält, keinen Kompromiss. Sechs abgestimmte EPS-Innenschalendichten verstärken die Passform, mit mehrstufigem Schaumstoff, der auf unterschiedliche Aufprallenergien in verschiedenen Zonen des Helms abgestimmt ist.
Das Finish Asso di Picche 356 lässt das Kohlefasergewebe unter einem glänzenden Lack hervortreten, akzentuiert von den scharfen roten und grauen Grafiklinien der Asso-di-Picche-Lackierung (Pik-Ass). Das Ergebnis ist eine Oberfläche, die optisch ebenso präzise wie strukturell kompromisslos wirkt.
Racing-Air-Flow-Belüftung
Fahren bei hohem Tempo erzeugt Wärme, und anhaltende Konzentration verlangt einen kühlen Kopf — im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Das RAF-System begegnet dem mit einem integrierten Netzwerk aus Einlass- und Abluftkanälen, das im Windkanal entwickelt wurde. Zwei obere Einlässe sitzen oberhalb der Visierlinie und werden von einem Diffusorsystem gespeist, das Luft über die EPS-Innenschale leitet. Ein direkter Stirn-Kinn-Einlass erfüllt einen doppelten Zweck: Er liefert Frischluft und wirkt aktiv dem Beschlagen am Visieransatz entgegen. Zwei seitliche Abluftöffnungen sorgen zusammen mit dem in den Spoiler integrierten Abluftauslass am Heck auch in der Duckposition für eine kontinuierliche Strömung.
Der Racetrack Aerodynamic Spoiler (RAS) ist abnehmbar und wurde mittels Computational-Fluid-Dynamics-Simulation verfeinert, um Auftrieb zu reduzieren und den Druck bei hohem Tempo zu neutralisieren — das verbessert die Geradeauslaufstabilität und reduziert die Nackenermüdung auf langen Streckenrunden.
Visier-System
Das flache, ultraweite Visier des X-804 RS bietet ein Sichtfeld von 225° horizontal und 97° vertikal — eines der breitesten in der Integralhelm-Kategorie. Die kratzfeste Beschichtung schützt die optische Klarheit, während das Pinlock-Innenscheibensystem Beschlagen ohne chemische Sprays verhindert. Das Safety Visor Lock System (SVLS) verhindert, dass sich das Visier unter aerodynamischem Druck bei hohem Tempo einen Spalt öffnet, und ein neuer, sicher verriegelter Visiermechanismus gewährleistet absolute Steifigkeit über den gesamten Bewegungsweg des Visiers. Sowohl das klare Straßenvisier als auch das dunkle Visier ausschließlich für die Rennstrecke (mit vorbereiteten Tear-off-Stiften) sind im Lieferumfang enthalten.
Innenausstattung und Passform
Das LAF-System erlaubt es, die Polsterung individuell an die Kopfform anzupassen, und beugt so Druckpunkten auf langen Fahrten vor. Das Futter Carbon Fitting Racing Experience ist feuchtigkeitsableitend und atmungsaktiv, während die 3D-Steady-Fit-Wangenpolster in mehreren Stärken erhältlich sind, um die seitliche Passform fein abzustimmen. Ein Atemabweiser am Kinnriemen und ein Windabweiser gehören serienmäßig zum Lieferumfang. Die komplette Innenausstattung ist herausnehmbar und maschinenwaschbar, und der Helm ist für einen CamelBak-artigen Trinkschlauch vorbereitet.

Er eignet sich für den Straßeneinsatz und für Streckentage. Er ist nicht mit dem Nolan N-Com Bluetooth-Kommunikationssystem kompatibel.
