DescriptionThe whole story▼
A motorcycle this precise deserves a surface that matches it. The TGP MotoRacing PRIME garage and pit mat combines professional-grade protection with genuine pit-lane aesthetics — purpose-built for riders who refuse to compromise on quality, whether they are spannering between sessions, presenting at a show, or laying their bike up for winter.
Key Features
- Non-slip nitrile rubber (NBR) backing anchors the mat firmly underfoot, preventing movement even beneath the weight of a fully-laden superbike
- Dense tufted velour cut-pile surface absorbs dirt, water and oil residue, protecting your floor from contamination and your bike from drips
- High-definition digital print design delivers a race-paddock appearance straight out of the pitlane, transforming any garage into a professional workspace
- Washable at up to 60 °C for straightforward maintenance after track days or messy service sessions
- 95 % recyclable surface material and 100 % recyclable rubber backing for riders who prioritise sustainability alongside performance
- Personalised with a custom name, making it an ideal centrepiece for a dedicated race-prep space or showroom display
Construction & Materials
The PRIME mat is built around a tufted velour construction using 100 % polyamide High Twist PA yarn — a material choice that delivers both resilience and a premium surface feel. The cut-pile finish creates a uniform, dense pile that locks in debris rather than allowing it to spread across your workshop floor. Beneath the pile, a non-woven tufting carrier provides dimensional stability, ensuring the mat lies perfectly flat and holds its shape under repeated use. The area weight of approximately 2,685 g/m² and a pile weight of approximately 670 g/m² speak to a product built with genuine substance rather than cosmetic appeal.
Protection & Practicality
The nitrile rubber (NBR) backing is the engineering detail that sets the PRIME apart from ordinary garage mats. NBR is inherently resistant to oil and fuel, so surface contamination does not degrade the grip characteristics over time. The result is a mat that stays exactly where you place it, session after session. When it does need cleaning, simply machine-wash at up to 60 °C — no specialist care required.
Race Paddock Aesthetic
The high-resolution digital print process reproduces colour, contrast and fine detail with the fidelity you would expect from a professional paddock operation. Your motorcycle is not simply parked — it is presented. Whether you are hosting fellow enthusiasts, photographing your build or setting up your pit box for a track weekend, the PRIME mat provides the visual foundation that elevates the entire scene.
Fitment & Compatibility
The TGP MotoRacing PRIME mat measures 150 x 240 cm and is suitable for use with any motorcycle. The dimensions comfortably accommodate full-size superbikes, naked bikes and sport-tourers from all major manufacturers including Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, MV Agusta, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha across all model years. It is equally at home in a private garage, a professional race pit, a dealership showroom or a winter storage facility.
Ideal For
