With the removable db-killer included, throttle response tuned via the supplied UP-Map device and UP-Map card, and a carbon heat shield keeping temperatures where they belong, this is the most complete exhaust upgrade available for the V4/S platform covering model years 2018 through 2024.

Build Quality and Performance
Termignoni designed this system from the ground up for competition use on the Panigale V4/S. The titanium headers are routed to minimise back-pressure across the full torque curve, while the titanium and carbon slip-on silencers exit in the distinctive 4USCITE configuration — a layout proven in top-tier superbike racing. The weight saving over the OEM exhaust translates directly into handling feel: the bike turns in more crisply and the reduced reciprocating mass improves mid-corner stability.
Included carbon fairing side panels and carbon heat shields for the headers and tank are finished to the same standard as the exhaust itself, ensuring the installation looks as purposeful as it performs. Exhaust springs, spacers, brackets and all mounting hardware are provided, so no additional hardware purchases are required to complete the fit.
Tuning and Everyday Usability
One of the more practical aspects of the D18209401TTX kit is that it ships with the UP-Map device and a corresponding UP-Map card pre-loaded with a dedicated map for the V4/S. This means you can install the system and immediately benefit from recalibrated fuelling and throttle response without a rolling-road session, though Termignoni and Inter-Pace both recommend professional race mapping or dyno tuning to fully exploit the system's potential for your specific setup.
An optional road kit — featuring a carbon tail tidy that accommodates lights and indicators — is available as a separate order. Note that the road kit is not type-approved for use on public roads in Germany. The system is also not compatible with passenger footpegs or the original tail tidy, so these must be removed or replaced before installation.
