The inlet clamp for a Konix silencer. It holds the entrance end cap in place, and it is one of the two small parts that make the case serviceable.

Inlet or Exit
Spark builds a different clamp for each end of the Konix. This is the entrance; SGFA061 is the exit. They are not interchangeable, and the difference is not obvious in the hand — order by position rather than by appearance.
Why It Wears Out
The inlet end of a silencer runs hotter than the outlet and takes the full vibration of the link pipe. A clamp there sees more thermal cycling than anything else on the case, and it is the part most often found stretched or cracked when a Konix is stripped for repacking.
Repacking a Konix
Sound-absorbing packing degrades from the inside out and the silencer gets louder as it goes. Taking the case apart to repack it costs two clamps and an hour, against the price of a new silencer.
