Design, Finish and Heritage
The Force EVO line is where Spark Exhaust's Italian design philosophy is most visible. The silencer's sculpted titanium canister develops a characteristic heat-blued patina over time, giving each unit a finish that is genuinely unique to the way you ride. The carbon fibre end cap provides a deliberate visual counterpoint — deep black weave against the warm metallic tones of the titanium body — a combination that has become a signature of Spark Exhaust's premium tier.

Compared with the standard Kawasaki exhaust, the reduction in unsprung and rotating mass is immediately perceptible, sharpening turn-in response and reducing the inertia the chassis has to manage under hard acceleration.
Performance and Track Use
Replacing the OEM catalytic converter section with the dedicated Spark cat replacement pipe is central to unlocking the system's potential. Removing the restriction of the cat allows exhaust gases to evacuate more freely, improving mid-range torque delivery and top-end power on the ZX-10 R/RR's inline-four. The Force EVO silencer is engineered to complement this flow, with internal baffling geometry tuned alongside the pipe to produce a broad, aggressive sound character that rewards hard riding without the flat, artificial note of a poorly matched aftermarket can.
For track use, Spark recommends fitting a purpose-built race map or carrying out a full dyno session to extract the maximum performance gain the system is capable of delivering. Running the cat replacement pipe on public roads may not be permitted in all jurisdictions — please check local regulations before use.
