Built for the circuits that measure. Spark describes this as a special Force Evo in the 400 mm version, made specifically for tracks with strict noise limits — the longest silencer it offers on the Street Triple's WSSP replica link pipe.
Key Features
- 3/4 racing kit for the Triumph Street Triple 765, 2020 to 2026.
- Force Evo silencer, titanium, 400 mm, with carbon fibre end cap.
- Spark's stated purpose: circuits with strict noise limits.
- Fifty millimetres longer than the standard Force Evo case.
- AISI 304 stainless link pipe with carbon fibre heat shield.
- Not compatible with the passenger footrests. dB killer not included.
Why Length Beats a Plug
There are two ways to bring a silencer's reading down: make the case longer, or put a restrictor in the outlet. They are not equivalent.
A longer case absorbs more energy over more distance and leaves the gas path open. A dB killer narrows the exit and creates back pressure at exactly the point the engine is trying to breathe out. Spark's stated aim across this range is to meet the limits without a dB killer, and a 400 mm case is how that is done here — you arrive at the sound check with a system that measures low as it stands, not one that has been plugged to get there.
Fifty Millimetres of Insurance
The 350 mm version of this kit reads 100 dB at 5,000 rpm. Spark does not publish a separate figure for the 400 mm case, which is why we will not quote one — but the reason the longer case exists is stated on Spark's own page, and it is to go lower.
Thirty-six euros separates the two kits. For a rider whose home circuit publishes a hard limit, or who tours between venues with different rules, that is a small price for not having to think about it. For a bike that only sees unrestricted track days, the shorter case is lighter and tidier.
Model Year Decides the Rest
Up to MY2022 this kit fits the original manifold or Spark's GTR8502 racing manifold. From MY2023 it must be combined with GTR8502 and the SKIT112 mounting parts — the later chassis moved the mounting points.
The passenger footrests cannot be retained. Spark's homologated GTR0507TOM half system is the alternative that keeps them, at a lower noise level again.
Fitment & Compatibility
Triumph Street Triple 765 R, RS and S, 2020 through 2026. The 350 mm Force Evo version is GTR0510T; the Konix Evo version GTR0509T. The dB killer for the Force Evo case is G9999. From MY2023, GTR8502 and SKIT112 are required.
Road Approval
None. Quieter than the alternatives is not the same as legal — the kit carries no EC certificate and no catalytic converter.
