The rear upper is the hard plastic piece at the back of the MAG-1 shaft, and Sidi lists it as position 141. It covers the rear of the lower leg above the heel and forms part of the outer shell that shapes the boot. This replacement comes in Black and lets you renew that section when it has been damaged.

Protection at the Back of the Leg
The rear of the shaft is exposed when a rider slides on the back or the side, and it also takes contact with the bike and the footpeg area. A rigid rear panel spreads such a hit over a larger area and keeps the shape of the shaft stable. A cracked or broken piece weakens that zone, so renewing it is the logical step when the rest of the boot is still in order.
