Puig manufacture the Roadster screen from optical-grade acrylic chosen for its balance of optical clarity, impact toughness and long-term UV stability. The rounded perimeter finish is not merely cosmetic: eliminating sharp edges reduces the risk of injury during a tip-over and gives the screen a sculpted look that complements the Aquila's cruiser lines rather than fighting them. At 1,120 g the screen adds negligible unsprung weight, so the GV250's handling character is unaffected.
Straightforward Installation
The Roadster semi-fairing ships with two types of mounting hardware, allowing fitment either through the fork's bars or through the headlight screws — whichever suits your Aquila's configuration. Two robust attachment points spread the load evenly, minimising flex and micro-movement at motorway speeds. Chrome steel fasteners resist corrosion and maintain the period-correct detailing expected on a classic custom.
