This Puig rear fender extension bolts straight onto the original fender of your KTM 790 Adventure R (2019–2020), giving you a rear hugger effect that keeps the rear tyre's spray off you, your luggage and your suspension components, so you can focus on comfort and control rather than cleaning up afterwards.

Build Quality & Fit
Puig has engineered this rear fender extension to sit neatly beneath the original fender, extending its coverage without altering the bike's silhouette. The ABS construction is tough enough to shrug off stone chips and trail debris, while the matt black finish keeps things looking factory-fresh rather than bolted-on. At just 86 g, it adds no noticeable weight to the rear end, so handling stays exactly as KTM intended.
Fitting Notes
Fitment is over the original fender, secured using the screws supplied by Puig. Note that drilling into the original fender is required to mount the extension correctly. Puig provides a downloadable fitting guide with helpful tips to make the installation straightforward.
