Fitted low over the original fender, this rear mudguard extension is about more than tidy looks - it's there so you arrive at the end of a long ride with a cleaner bike and less road spray on your boots and luggage. As a rear hugger and chain splash guard combined, it reduces the mess that collects around the swingarm and rear shock, meaning less cleaning and more time riding.
Fitting notes
The extension mounts over the motorcycle's original fender and is secured using the screws supplied by Puig. Fitting requires drilling holes into the original fender, so this is a permanent modification best carried out by a competent home mechanic or your usual workshop.
