Where conventional gas-pressure cartridges rely on a separate nitrogen charge to suppress cavitation, the TTX design uses a controlled spring preload on the oil column. The linear damping characteristic means adjustments made at the clicker are truly proportional — one click of compression or rebound produces the same effect whether the fork is moving slowly through a chicane or working hard under heavy braking. This consistency translates directly into improved traction on corner entry and greater confidence to carry speed deep into braking zones. Fitment & Compatibility
This kit is designed exclusively for the Honda CBR 1000 RR SP in SC77 specification, covering model years 2017 to 2019. Compatibility is further restricted to machines fitted with Öhlins fork legs FL 910 or FL 926. Installation requires specialist tools and fork oil, neither of which is included; fitting by a qualified suspension workshop is strongly recommended. This product carries no road-use approval and is not permitted for use on public roads under German StVZO regulations or equivalent legislation elsewhere.
