Sleeve 6/14/15, Öhlins part number 02239-01. A bushing is a consumable and is replaced at rebuild rather than reused.
Key Features

- Öhlins part number 02239-01
- Outer Diameter 14 mm
- Inner Diameter 6 mm
- Length 15 mm
What It Is
The published figures are 6 mm, 14 mm, 15 mm. Measure the old part against them before ordering. A worn guide shows up as a knock over sharp edges. Öhlins uses low-friction coated bushings so the unit breaks away smoothly rather than sticking. Bushings carry the side load in a damper or fork and keep the moving parts concentric.
Why the Original
The part is identical to what Öhlins fits in production — same supplier, same specification. Buying the individual part rather than a complete assembly is what makes servicing an Öhlins unit worthwhile. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise.
Identifying the Right Part
Order under 02239-01. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. The published dimensions are inner diameter 6 mm, outer diameter 14 mm, length 15 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Play at the bushing shows up as a knock over sharp bumps. Sleeves position parts axially and often set the preload on a stack.
Fitting and Setup Service
If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.
