How Öhlins Makes Them
Öhlins manufactures in Upplands Väsby, north of Stockholm, and assembles and tests every unit there before it ships. Öhlins sets a baseline for each part number on the machine it was developed on, so it works before anything is adjusted. Materials read unremarkably on paper — aluminium, steel, nitrogen — and the difference lies in how precisely they are made.
