Key Features
- Öhlins part number 24619-07
- Original Öhlins service part
- Dimension C 4.5 mm
- Dimension B 18.6 mm
- Dimension A 35 mm
Where It Sits
This one measures 35 mm, 18.6 mm, 4.5 mm, and those figures are what separate it from the neighbouring numbers. Shoulder screws set a clearance as well as clamping, which is why the length is exact. Fasteners in a damper see pressure, heat and vibration at once, which is why the grade matters. Retaining rings come in a groove-specific thickness — the next size does not hold.
Genuine Service Part
Öhlins lists this part under its own number in the service catalogue so a workshop can order exactly what it needs. Öhlins publishes dimensions for its service parts so a workshop can verify before it fits. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do.
Identifying the Right Part
If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 24619-07. dimension a 35 mm, dimension b 18.6 mm, dimension c 4.5 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Öhlins lists washers by thickness because it forms part of the internal stack height. Stop washers limit travel of an internal part and are sized to that job.
Fitting and Setup Service
Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.
