Öhlins publishes 43 mm, 514 mm for 04761-07 — the dimensions are the identity of the part. Fork parts are specific to the fork, not to the motorcycle it happens to be fitted to. Bushings in the fork carry the side load; play there shows up as knocking under braking. Outer tubes hold the bushings and the seal head, so their bore finish matters as much as the inner tube's outside.

Check dimension a 43 mm, dimension b 514 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. Inner tubes carry a low-friction coating; once it is through, the seals wear quickly. A marked inner tube destroys seals repeatedly until it is replaced.
